Ok, now that I’ve ‘accepted’ these new ordering methods (using the app while driving is fun, and the in store ordering kiosks and digital menus are HORRIBLE), lets just keep it to food and service. I gassed up at the truck stop nearby, parked, and ordered 2 EggMcmuffins and two hash browns using the VERY nice BOGO$1 coupon in the app. 5 minutes later, pulled in, gave my code, they said ‘William?’, “yes”, got an accurate receipt and food. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Exactly what I wanted. The face-face customer service was SUPERB! Management, you got it GOING ON. 🙂 This McD’s is easy on-off the freeway. I’ll keep coming here. Highly recommend if you like McDonalds.

Yet another win for McDonald’s service experience. Unlike Taco Bell they come right over to the register and take your order. Fast food is not my first choice, but we do what we must when we are short on time. I find I am stopping at McDonald’s more and more just because they will not force me to use the kiosk! Thank you!

Ugh. Was super excited to get the grinch meals. Ordered 2… got home and the fries were old and cold!! The nuggets were also cold. Like everything had been pretty cooked and sat under a warmer. I paid 30$ for 2 disgusting meals that were too nasty to eat. Most expensive socks I have ever bought myself..

Absolute worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to at least 100 different locations all across the country and around the world, this was the bottom of the bottom. First, the prices are sky high. I get that costs are rising, but here they must be on a rocket ship. $25+ for two combo meals? The first mistake was that they gave us one beverage incorrectly, and for the other, the mix was way off. (You aren’t allowed to serve yourself) After getting that fixed, the next issue was the fries, and let me tell you: I LIVE for McDonald’s fries. That perfect, salty, crunchy bite is all I need some days. This was not one of those days. What we got was a cold, wet pile of slop devoid of any salt. I seriously don’t know how you mess up fast food fries this bad. They were not warm and yet still dripping with grease. They had no crunch at all and instead were floppy and chewy. (Trust me, the picture doesn’t do justice to how bad these fries are) After scavenging through two large fries we came up with about a dozen fries to share between the two of us. I would have complained, but the service was so slow to get the drinks fixed, that we decided to cut our losses and threw them all away. The only kind of nice thing I can say is that the Big Mac was acceptable.

P.S. I also ordered no pickles on my burger. At one point, we overheard two employees yelling at eachother about weather or not to put pickles on (presumably my) order. It may have ruined the dining atmosphere, but hey, at least they got something right.

This is the first time we have been to this McDonald’s. We are getting a kick out of using the app to order. The best thing about our order from here was the Frappe’s, even though the person working there stated the cookies were blended in to the drink. However this was not true. He was nice enough to give us a small cup with the cookies that should have been sprinkled on top also. A small issue but when you are paying for the extra’s they should really make sure thinks are correct. We understand this is fast food but you know with the amount of money you are paying anymore it should be made just for you and it is should be HOT & FRESH! Our quarter pounders tasted old. They were NOT cooked fresh just for us. In fact the person pulled the burgers out of the the place they keep the burgers warm. We didn’t have to wait long for our order.

The food got three stars because it is McDonald’s. It is definitely one of the cleanest McDonald’s I have been to and the staff was accommodating and courteous. My food was hot and made to order.
