Some days are worse than others. Always expect to wait a long time. Some of the staff are horrible. But some are amazing one female manager I always enjoy seeing. She’s so nice. And definitely started a thing with the warm cookies with my son and even me haha ever since then she always gives us them fresh soft and warm. However she is about the only one that takes the time to do that. It shows she goes the extra step for customers, however, all of the staff should do so like today for example I got the cookies you could tell that they probably were putting in the microwave because they were hard. I asked for fresh ones. The lady said that they would drop some about 510 minutes ago behind nothing so I say something and then I watched them grab the same cookies that I already asked for different ones and they went to put them in the microwave so I said something again I said I don’t want the same cookies so the young man he did make fresh ones and he didn’t have an attitude about it, which is a plus because a lot of the times when stuff like that happens, they will get an attitude, but he didn’t. He made fresh ones gave them to me and Was still very polite. The food is definitely a hit or miss the fries are either extremely cold or fresh and hot. It’s really never in between. other food items aren’t too bad but for the most part, it’s kind of the same thing. It’s either a hit or miss. I would probably say about three stars just because it’s not always a pleasant experience. It just depends on who is working truthfully I’ve had some absolute amazing experiences and then I’ve had a few not good experiences.

I ordered a mcchicken from this mcdonald’s and I don’t want to ever eat from here or honestly mcdonald’s ever again after this and I literally love Mcdonald’s! I contacted them immediately after i found a BONE in my sandwich which not only did i get a little cut from the bone on my gums, I almost choked on it too!! I still have yet to hear anything back from them at all! Don’t go to this location since clearly it doesn’t seem like this is an issue.

I ordered food and didn’t get half of what I ordered. Apparently they said they were out but didn’t bother to tell me until afterwards. Also my burger didn’t come with the usual sauce. This place also needs to be cleaned more often. The workers also spend too much time chatting with the customers while I’m waiting. Also they have an attitude like they dislike customers being customers.
Edit: yet again they’re out of someone even thought the machine didn’t say so. And they’re always so slow to respond to customers. They’re always running out of stuff.

I have had a few issues with this location in the past I’m not getting the right food to getting a steak egg and cheese on a hard stale bagel. But just a couple of days ago I was on the McDonald’s app and placed an order at the closest location to me, which happened to be this one. It was about 6:15am and I got there about 10 minutes later. There was a car that was waiting in front of me. A few minutes go by and I don’t hear anyone get on the speaker to take their order. There were three cars in the parking lot and one employee walked right past us and went inside. A few more minutes go by and I’m getting a little impatient because clearly there are people inside but no one is taking this Woman’s order. I go on Google and search their business hours and apparently they don’t open until 7:00 a.m. I was very irritated by this because not only did an employee see us at the drive-thru and didn’t say anything, leaving us there waiting. Butt the fact that the mobile app allowed me to make an order there knowing that the place is not open.
I pulled up to the lady in front of me and told her that they don’t open until 7:00 a.m. and she was livid. Because she also saw the employee that walked in and could have said something to us but chose not to. She also said that she had placed a mobile order and was just waiting to give them the code. Obviously the mobile order issue is not this particular stores fault but the lack of customer service was terrible. All the lady had to do was say “hey just so you know, we don’t open until 7:00 a.m.” and both of us would have left and just canceled our mobile orders.

I went for Coffee because the coffee is good! But who can do to a McDonald’s and not get Fries because they are always tasty! I had the Apple Pie also! I was shocked that the people working there didn’t know about the Movie “Founders” about McDonalds!

Completely Unprofessional drive thru workers. Talking trash about customers with other coworkers. Giving customers attitude. If you’re going to hire and train people to give customer service, encourage kindness. Stop hiring people who just clock in and treat people like whatever. I thought we learned manner in preK. These people are too grown to act like this. I ain’t the first nor shall I be the last to have a bad experience here.

Not so nice of a place
Customers were stealing drinks and rowdy. And the staff didn’t care .
And not receptive.
Also I had my food inside the restaurant and it was cold.
