My husband and I have gone to other Friendly’s and had good experiences but this is now our favorite location. There’s never a wait when we go and each server has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I get a classic grilled cheese every time and my husband likes to try different things and always says the food somehow gets better each time we go! The new menus look fantastic and more inviting, the food is always hot and delicious and we get ice cream to go to enjoy later on and it’s always made right. We love the service here and will absolutely keep coming back!

Haven’t been to a Friendlys in years. Went tonight and was very happily surprised. Food was good and the Ice cream was great as usual but the gem of the night was neither of them.
Joe, our server is a star and acts and conducts himself like someone way older than he likely is. He was friendly, attentive and mature. He checked on me and my friend the perfect amount of times and got every detail of what we asked for right. He is a better waiter than I have had in restaurants 4 x the price.
This young man is a great representative of Friendlys and is clearly bound for big things in life. For now though, Friendlys management: give this kid a raise, some responsibility and a serious pat on the back. Don’t lose this kid.

I went to there at late lunch time with my sons and niece, we were waiting for people to get the table but no body no one came out and there were 3 server in the restaurant and even they didn’t look at us, we were wait for almost 20min and just came out. Never gonna go again.

Before coming here, I stopped by to have lunch with my kids without any expectations because this place is so old. The food was average, but there were many desserts that the kids liked and the staff were friendly, so we were able to enjoy lunch happily.

I really wish I didn’t have to write this, but I feel compelled to warn others. I recently visited this Friendly’s location and was absolutely disgusted to find a used bandaid in my ice cream sundae. It was the same color as the chocolate ice cream, so I didn’t realize it was there until it was already in my mouth. I can’t begin to explain how sickening and disturbing that moment was.
Accidents can happen, but what made this experience even worse was the lack of accountability. I contacted corporate directly after this incident to raise serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness at this location, but I never received a response. Not even an apology. This goes beyond a bad meal — it’s a major health and food safety issue. I strongly urge others to think twice before eating here, and I hope corporate takes a serious look at the practices and oversight at this location.

This is a great friendlys, and my wife and I’m favorite around. The food is always great, and ice cream is of course on point. We are particularly in love with their melts and grilled cheeses!

Friendly’s was never known for speed of service. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted, seated, and served quickly. We were there for dessert, which did not disappoint. It was a little loud, but, hey! it’s a favorite of families, so one has to expect lots of kiddies, all of whom were charming.
