Sedalia Arby’s seems to be going downhill, as in the past it was one of three places I would choose to eat at for fast food in the area. Last night, December 2cd my spouse decided to go get dinner as I wasn’t feeling too great, I busted out the coupons as I always do, and we decided to get some Arby’s as they had pretty good deals just sent to us not long ago, with current dates (will not expire until end of the year) the boy at the drive-thru was allegedly rude when speaking, and literally ignored attempts to hand him coupons stating “you may as well keep those” without asking what they were for or giving the discount promised in the flyer sent which covers this area. I have used these before in this location without issues (obviously, a different set as these were brand new) to top it off, our fries were all over the bag but hardly any in the holder, curly fries at that, most of which were overcooked small pieces of tater which is unusual also, along with the sandwiches both being rather dry and light compared to normal measurements. Maybe it was an off night but I am doubtful as my last visit before was not great either, just not as bad as this time around. If you don’t like to waste money, maybe plan to go elsewhere or check your orders before leaving.

To start the evening, the staff that was in the food prep/cooking area were on their phones and not paying attention to work. This caused a major problem because they served my child completely RAW chicken strips. I’m not talking slightly undercooked, completely raw (see attached pictures). Unfortunately, I didn’t think to check her chicken prior to giving it to her and she ate an entire raw chicken strip before she told me it tasted funny. When I brought it to the manager’s attention she was completely laid back and while laughing she said “ew I dont know how that happened.” She did refund the $5 for the kids meal, and told me to call in the morning and speak to the manager if my child gets sick, which she did, for two days. *EDIT*When I called the manager to let them know my daughter was in fact sick, like they asked me to do I was told “you already got refunded for the chicken, what are you expecting us to do?” I said I’m just calling like I was asked to do, and she said um ok thanks. And that was it. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Not the first time but definitely the last time time I am ordering from this Arby’s. For a second time in a row my double roast beef and cheddar has very little cheddar sauce then they decided to take it up a a level by having hard dried up roast beef that was added to the sandwich. And to top it all off the curley fries were extremely soggy and had tasted like they have been sitting for quite some time. I would not recommend this store. The only reason why I gave 1 star is because you can’t rate anything less

Thank you are you never have any decent roast beef we used to get fiber fiber well so they double the prices now you get four for 10 and that was their special wasn’t quite fine provided but you’ll do better I’m sure

Very disappointed with my experience on this visit. The specialty sandwich I ordered looked nothing like it is advertised and was very much smaller. Mind you it is advertised to be almost twice the size of a cheaper roast beef and cheddar but wasn’t even a third of the size.I left there still hungry and had to eat again at McDonald’s to be satisfied. The visit sucked but the response from their online survey and complaint system was so generic it seemed to be a blanket “Sorry for ya, Better luck next” reply. Definitely disatisfying to make a legitimate complaint and not even get an offer to make it right. I won’t waste my money their again.

Service was incredibly slow, but I just stayed calm and kept a smile on my face. When I asked the girl at the window how her day had been, only because there were only two cars in the line so there wasn’t much going on, she proceeded to complain that the car in front of me had not pulled up as far as she told them to, and then went on to complain about customers in general.
