We arrived about an hour before sunset as a walk-in party of 7 on a Saturday. The hostess said the wait for a table was going to be about an hour, but we ended up being able to grab one of the open-seating booths around a fire table on the patio with no wait! There was a family already sitting on one end, but they let us join them and there was still tons of room.

We had our 3 young kids with us, and they had a blast running around the fenced-in grassy area right next to our table – and we appreciated that they had something to do besides just sitting at the table being bored. The view of the sunset/mountains/golf course was gorgeous and the food was delicious, especially the pizzas! And our 9-year-old said the spaghetti & meatballs was the best he’s ever had. Our server was very friendly and attentive as well. We will 100% be back to take advantage of the delicious food and lovely atmosphere!

I was recommended to try this place, and now it is one of my new favorite Italian places. The restaurant environment is beautiful and relaxing, especially looking out onto the golf course. The staff are kind and attentive. The pastas are phenomenal, and the pizza cookie dessert is one of the best I’ve had!! Looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic spot with lots of creative talent invested in the design. amazing creative food excellent execution. Beautiful indoor and outdoor seating with garage doors that open a comfortable sit around bar and really nice couches positioned around fire pits outside with cover and TVs.

Excellent and authentic Italian food with a great view of the valley. We’ve been here a few times, and the food, drinks, and service are always on point. This time we had the Butchers pizza and Lasagna. The pizza was good but the lasagna was better – and it was huge! We took home more than half of it. We came at sunset and were able to get a table outside. Dieter provided exemplary service as well. We’ll definitely be back.

Very slow service. Waited 15 minutes from the time we were seated until someone even check on us.

BBQ was average at best. Nice views.

Had a good time and a good meal tonight. All the meat sauces also had dairy which made it a little hard for the wife to get good amount.

I had the twisted chicken parm and while it was good. The pasta came out dry.
Would come again and try something else.

Took my girlfriend to Isabella’s Kitchen expecting the food to match the nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. She ordered the wild boar pasta and I had Nonna’s meatballs and both were bland and completely forgettable.

Nothing tasted fresh or special. The worst part was paying $72 after tip for two very average plates. For that price we could have gone to Mastro’s and had a far better meal. Nice atmosphere but the food is seriously lacking.

I love it here. This place is hidden away from the rest of civilization. Whoever designed this restaurant is a genius. There are live plants everywhere and even mounted on the walls. There are these hanging string lights surrounding the place like one would put in the back patio of their home. This place makes me feel at home. I’m not joking when I say, I didn’t want to leave the property. Atmosphere is king.

Customer service is excellent here.
Thank you for your attentiveness, Makena.
They have Sugar In The Raw here for my black iced tea. A bonus feature.
As for the meal, the FUSILLI BOLOGNESE at $23.00 was a steal. It consists of Rustic Meat Sauce, Pecorino (Italian hard cheese produced from sheep’s milk), & Fusilli (spiral pasta). My date got the SAUSAGE pizza & at $15.00; also a steal (House-Made Sausage, Red Onion). But wait. I ate dessert before the meal: Dark Chocolate Laava Cake
$11.00 (Hazelnut chocolate sauce, vanilla gelato).
‘Kiss the tip of your fingers’ type of food here. I had to save half of my pasta for lunch tomorrow. My meal alone was enough for two people. I can’t describe the amount of pleasure I was having eating it. I savored every bite. I’ll be back, that’s for sure.

Brought my family here for lunch on Monday. I was really excited to try Isabella’s because I had booked a large party reservation over the phone for next month but hadn’t been. It seemed like a nice, family friendly place. But we walked in and the hostess didn’t greet us, seemed annoyed to be serving us. Then at the end when I wanted to ask questions about my reservation the manager couldn’t find it and didn’t apologize or seem interested in making a new one. He tried to get rid of me by quickly bringing up that there’s a $50/person minimum for large parties. On the way home we figured out that this negative experience was probably all because of how we were dressed. I didn’t realize this place was fancy and uppity. We were dressed like the thousands of normal people who also live in Scottsdale. But my ignorance about that part of town or that establishment doesn’t excuse how they went about it. Just serve people like family, like it’s written on your walls. The server was very nice. Food was overpriced and a solid 7.5.

We’ve been coming here for years. It’s always a fun place to bring out of town guests because the views are gorgeous and it’s a great vibe. The food is pricey and you’ll need a reservation if you want to sit down and eat but it’s quintessential Scottsdale with the view of the golf course and mountains.

The grilled fish bowl, bruschetta, and pizzas are some of our favorites. The service is hit or miss but it’s always so busy I can’t really fault them for that. Sitting outside to catch the sunset is a must do!
