i ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito on the app & i removed the chipotle sauce and added jalapeno sauce and paid the .50 up-charge for it bc i don’t like the chipotle sauce. when i got home and took a bite or my burrito there was a lot of chipotle sauce so we called and explained and they told us to come back through the drive through and we came back and they gave us 3 coupons for free tacos and gave me the right burrito. i always order on the app and 9/10 they get it right here & when they don’t they’re really nice about it. ty taco bell baddies for the coupons & the delicious burrito

$5 Box fell short on filled like TV commercial .. 1 dollop sour cream gf got 2 big dollops! .. She had more stuff in her box .. Tasted good! .. Like “TV ADD” saying next time w/ picture of! .. 6/15 Back n Damian was great n is a mgmt prospect IMO .. He cares n follows the orders .. We got different deals n had issues w/ tacos n chalupas being real skimpy .. Damian was quick to have them redone for us n they were great!

Let me start by saying I usually love Taco Bell—it’s my go-to guilty pleasure. But after tonight’s experience, let’s just say the craving is gone, and so is my patience. I pulled up to the drive-thru excited for my Crunchwrap, but instead of being greeted with basic decency, I got served a whole lot of attitude with a side of disrespect.
The lady taking orders clearly woke up and chose violence. She was rude from the jump—snapping at me like I was wasting her time. And to top it all off? She had the absolute audacity to call me ugly. Ma’am, are you serious? First of all, you’re working the late shift at Taco Bell, so maybe keep the insults to yourself. Second, if I wanted to be roasted, I would’ve gone to Twitter, not the drive-thru.
I really hope she finds some peace and professionalism because that energy was toxic. Enjoy working fast food for the rest of your life if that’s the attitude you’re bringing to the window.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered my burrito had the wrong ingredients—like, not even close to what I ordered. I asked for no beans, and guess what? It was 95% beans. And the fries? They were upside down in the bag, like someone just launched them in there during a fit of rage. Soggy, cold, and sad. Kind of like the customer service I received.
I hate that one person’s bad attitude soured my whole experience, but unfortunately, it did. Taco Bell, please do better—your food might be fire, but your customer service was cold
