Depending on the atmosphere you’re wanting, Bob Evans is a cozy place. The setting is a farmhouse, down-home aesthetic. The servers are friendly and attentive, which is one of the best aspects of this location. Although a chain restaurant, the food is quality and the recipes are built around comfort food and an emphasis on breakfast. Just a comfortable and simple go to for some comforting food. The pies and cheesecakes are solid too and can be purchase to take home.

I had a great experience at Bob Evans in Hermitage Pennsylvania recently! The food was fresh and tasty, which really made the meal enjoyable. The service was also top-notch—friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was just right. I’m docking one star because there’s always room for a little improvement, but overall, it was a solid visit. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal with good vibes!

If your out for breakfast this would be a good choice. Not a lot of lunch or dinner choices. I am a sweet tea lover that being said I found their sweet tea about 6 sugar packets short of southern sweet tea. Food good people good service good and friendly. The only thing is what would of cost you less than 20 dollars a couple of year’s ago now is over 40. Now this isn’t the servers fault but tipping 20% on 2 burgers and drinks which comes out to 8 to 10 dollars is the reason we pick up and take home. It’s not that we don’t think they deserve a tip but when your on a fixed income adding the price of another meal is hard to justify. Also I don’t appreciate the cashier pointing out and asking “Did you forget the tip or did you leave it on the table?” This isn’t just Bob’s it’s everywhere and with most fast food places paying more per hour than most seniors made at the top of their profession it really hard to swallow. Sorry for the rant but they asked.

This was one of the best Bob Evans I have ever been to. The food was excellent and very delicious, service was wonderful. The restaurant is very clean. No wait for a table when we went as well. Couldn’t ask for a better morning with breakfast.

Waited 40 minutes for take out. No one knows what’s going on at all! Gave us a receipt, didn’t take payment, their mistake, didn’t put the order in, kept ignoring customers, As we waited at least 20 minutes, for our food, and I realized we didn’t pay for it yet , I then went to The front register and paid , they were rude and seemed totally unconcerned to what was going on!! Our dinner was fantastic! We love our Bob Evans comfort food.
But we mainly came here to hype up our waiter, Brandon. He gave the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time. His customer service skills were not only natural, but above and beyond. We received our every need without having to ask. It made our experience that much better. Thank you Brandon!

It’s a Bob Evans. Expect it to be like one! They seemed a little understaffed when we went (the manager was all around cooking, cleaning tables, serving, etc). We had an amazing server who took care of us (Kelsey, I think was her name? Sorry for forgetting!). We knew things were busy so we didn’t mind waiting a little longer for things but she didn’t make it feel like we did.

The waitress was amazing but that is the only good thing I can say about this restaurant. 2 of my families meals had something wrong. First one was a cheeseburger that was still Raw, it was still cool and mushy inside. I’m 8 months pregnant so that really upset me. My daughter ordered mashed potatoes as a side and found a whole plastic lid inside of them. How does that even happen!? We were not offered a discount or anything for the terrible experience. We paid $90 just to leave hungry and concerned what my youngest kids may of just eaten without us knowing. If you have medical problems I would highly recommend finding some place else to eat. They need a health inspection before they really hurt someone.

Haven’t been there in a while but we wanted something different. The place was empty but we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The waitress told us that they only had one cook instead of three, so it was understandable. Since COVID none of the restaurants are the same. But the waitress never came back to see how everything was, and when she dropped the check off, she didn’t ask again. Even when we paid the girl didn’t ask us if everything was ok. We never complained or said a word about waiting for the food or about anything else but I guess they were just having a bad day.
