I stopped in for a CB & had a coupon for a free one. I asked for CB with onions only! They came out quickly, HOT & exactly as I wanted. The girl who delivered them to me was friendly, well dressed, great hygiene & awesome with my dog! They all should take lessons from her on their looks! Will definitely stop back here again! As you can see by my pic, nothing left but the wrapper! Yes I ate that bite too! Delicious burger!

Went to get my family supper, It was a total waste of money. I’m a general manager myself. The grease was either not filtered, or the fries were held way beyond there hold time or they redropped them to heat them back up. They are cooked well beyond edible. The burger patty was also well over cooked to where it’s super dry and hard to eat. Please don’t serve product that you yourself would not eat bc we are paying $ for shitty product….

The people are nice but the food not to great. I ordered med cheeze fry and this is what I get. I worked for Sonic nearly 10 years in my early years and never would we have done this. Yeah Sonic no more. Less than a small fry and my corn dog was not fully cooked.

Sonic has got to step up their game… I was debating this morning about going to Braums or Sonic.. I was closer to sonic so I thought “ I’ll give them another chance”…I ordered two supersonic breakfast burritos and it cost me around $10. I can get a whole Grande breakfast meal at Braums and an extra Grande breakfast burrito for $8 to $9… Sonic should be ashamed because the breakfast burrito was so puny and hardly filled… I haven’t been to Sonic in a long time because the quality of food was so bad and it would take them forever to serve you… They’ve also done away with their $.99 large drink before 10:30am which Sonic could’ve gotten another dollar from me had they been wise and kept that special going… Sonic really needs to revamp their business model. I wanted to give them 1star but because the employees were so friendly they get 2stars.

Disappointing again as i order two lagers chili cheese fries with extra chili and cheese paying $13 and get a sad excuse for two small to medium fries with normal amounts of chili and cheese. I dont go here often due to the horrible service but think im just done now for anything other than a shake or slush. Very disappointed
Tired of getting cold food or food that’s been on the burner too long. Cheese like plastic. I paid 6 bucks for that doodoo burger. They constantly mess up my girls order giving her toys instead of fries or not giving the extra cheese or chili we pay for. Think I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Look at the literal garbage they served me, today.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this store I have to get them to fix my order or replace something. A couple weeks ago, I was left waiting for 45 minutes for a drink that THEY forgot to include with my order! 45 minutes!!! All they said was, “yeah, sorry ‘bout that.”. Meanwhile, I had a bag full of cold food that was thrown away because nobody wanted to eat cold Sonic food.
What they served me today looks like they dug it out of the dumpster out back… it’s SUPPOSED to be a sausage Croissant sandwich. You be the judge. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if you are a Sonic fan like I am. I’ll never go back to this one.

Sonic has gone so far downhill, went here last night for the first time in probably a year or two. Got “Jumbo” Popcorn chicken, couple kids meals, “Super” Sonic burrito, and Mozzarella sticks. The burrito was just egg and a few tomatoes, supposed to have cheese and tater tots too. The “Jumbo” chicken were miniature at best. Mozzarella sticks were the worst I’ve had from any Sonic. The kids meals were a good value for price but forgot a toy in one of them and the onion rings were very good. So all in all, needless to say we won’t be back unless we get kids meals only haha.

Simple orders are consistently brought out wrong, speakers on the stalls need replacing, you can tell from the taste of the fries they were cooked in old grease, and plan to wait extended amounts of time. Been coming here for almost 4 years. Every year it gets worse and worse.
