I was given the wrong sandwich in the drive thru, yes it was busy I was line for 5 minutes.
I parked go inside only to not be greeted and looked at with the most unfriendly faces.
Manager Had sympathy provided a sandwich in my hand instead of bag, no apology and quick to turn his back.
This store does not have good customer service, the only reason to stop here is for location.1/2 the time I come the food is not even fresh.
No receipt either as usual.

just had breakfast, and it was ok i guest, arrived home.with bloated stomach. at the restaurant no one in the dining room dirty floor and tables.grease with finger prints every were.,i can see why this place has a reputation on the neighboorhood..if they train and hire people that cares this place can improved a lot.

It’s a nice building, but everyone there hates their job and is miserable. The service sucks. No one responds to you when you say thank you politely. The portions are also so low it is laughable. They gave me a tablespoon of cheese and bacon on my loaded fries and one slice of bacon on my baconator. No one answers the phone either, and I want my money back.

These young adults nowadays do not have any communication skills they lack manners and empathy. I tell the girl hey I had to come back because I was missing food so she doesn’t say a word and gets the missing food and hands me the bad without saying anything whatsoever.

So the butch manager was so rude with me I’ll never come back to this place ever! If someone is waiting 20 minutes for a dine in order you help them so they get their order and move on. You don’t tell them no or I’m busy. You can’t be busy if you’re fully staffed and just standing there flirting with the female coworkers.
