The service was still good, despite the busy restaurant. My food was served in a very short time. I ordered coconut crumbs fried shrimps , it was very tasty, but I feel the price was a little bit exaggerated for an appetiser.
Then I ordered a fried rice dish with shrimps. Also it was good, but not very tasty, there wasn’t enough spices or taste in it. It was also overpriced in my opinion. I’m comparing the value for money. Taste & size v.s how much I paid.
The restaurant is clean, the waiters and waitresses are all kind and friendly throughout the dinning.
Recommended for dinning out with friends and family – small groups, because the space is not very big.
-Som Tum with Raw Shrimp: The green papaya salad was crisp and perfectly balanced with lime and chili. The raw shrimp were incredibly fresh and soaked up the savory dressing perfectly.
– Grilled Pork Neck Salad (Nam Tok Moo): The pork was tender with a beautiful char, tossed with toasted rice powder and plenty of fresh herbs.
– Fried Chicken Wings: Super crispy skin and juicy on the inside. They are the perfect “bridge” dish to balance out the spicy salads.
-Tom Zapp with tendon Served in a traditional hot pot, it was aromatic and deeply savory.
The atmosphere is casual but lively, and the service was quick. Definitely pair your meal with a cold Singha beer or their longan juice to handle the heat!
Aroymakkk
Let’s just say this place did not disappoint.
Everything we order taste fantastic.
From the Appetizer, Soup, Curry, fried fish, chicken wings, noodles and dont for get that Tum Sum platter.
Michelin Star from 2023, 2024 and 2025
Food was filled with flavors, spice, and you can taste the Authenticity of every dish and bite.
Only wish the Tum Sum papaya be a little more bold. It was a little light leaning towards Thai Style.
But overall everything was great.
We ordered Pad See Ew, it wasn’t too salty and had a nice flavor. The green curry was mediocre, nothing too out of the ordinary. The crab fried rice was good, but there wasn’t a whole lot of crab in it. The grilled whole squid was tender and not chewy. I thought the chicken skewers might be dry, but they weren’t and were well cooked. The chicken wings were crispy and somewhat juicy. The best dish was the pork neck meat, it was perfectly cooked. Everyone loved it. We ended with some durian sticky rice dessert. I personally love durian, but I was not a fan of this dessert. Perhaps it was because it was hot, and hot durian didn’t taste good.
Service was attentive, although it did take a while for the food to come out. We will come back and try more dishes next time we’re back in Florida.
For our family of 4, it was almost $130 before tipping.
I had the beef tendon soup – 4/5 ⭐ I am glad the waiter talked me out of hot and into medium/hot. It was plenty .
Wife had Pad Thai – 2/5 ⭐
Coconut shrimp was good 4/5 ⭐
Hot tea – 5/5 ⭐ and they kept the mugs with hot water which was nice.
I’m glad for the experience!
In liberally, doused it with the chili sauce. We also got meatballs, pork noodles curries in absolutely nothing was left by the end of the meal. This was also very affordable. We will go back again and I recommend if you’re in the orlando area by the mala.Millennia, this is worth dealing with getting in and getting out.
What we ordered :
1. Crispy rice balls salad – the rice was not ball-shaped-like when served but wow the beautiful crispy rice heap was packed with flavors and pieces of fermented pork sausages etc
2. Grilled squid – spongy goodness with a slight charred taste, and try dipping them into the seafood sauce … ooo-lalaaa…
3. Grilled pork neck – springy-tender with every bite!
4. Michelin award-winning green curry – creamy with tender pork slices ( there are other meat options like chicken or beef to choose from ) and full of veggies like bamboo-shoots, eggplant, bell peppers. The curry leaves a nice after-taste!
5. Steamed fish with seafood sauce – not de-scaled enough so do remember to take off the skin to dig into the juicy fish meat (photo could not be uploaded though )
6. we both went for the kill and topped off the sumptuous meal with durian sticky rice – the durian taste was quite subtle but then again, if the taste and smell were any stronger , a bio-hazard team may have to be called in hahaha!
Food portions are good size , Service was top-notch and we did not wait long for the food items to arrive in good order – korp-kun-ka! We are definitely coming back since we miss traveling to Thailand and this place serves up pretty good thai food 🙂
