New sushi lounge/bar just recently opened at Rodeo 39. Amazing vibes! All of their staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful decor, looks very modern and elegant. Their sushi was fresh and quality was excellent. Goes great along with their unique crafted drinks. There is also a live DJ playing music adding to the awesome experience. A great lounge/restaurant to visit with friends and family. Just what Rodeo was missing! Definitely recommended and worth checking out!

My wife and I came by, just as they were opening for the day. The music was pretty loud, but I appreciate the staff noticing our discomfort and turning it down.
The atmosphere is interesting, reminding me more of a Japanese bar than a sushi restaurant. The decorum definitely fits with the Japanese bar vibe, with string diamonds.
We ordered the Yuzu margarita, which was very flavorful. An excellent drink, combining refreshing citrus fruit Yuzu and the smoky flavor of mezcal.
We ordered yellowtail and salmon sushi. The slices were pleasantly thick, giving a wonderful savory mouth feel.
We asked for chicken hearts, but they had unfortunately ran out. We went for chicken thigh yakitori instead. We also had their scallops wrapped in bacon. Both were excellent and juicy.
The highlight for both of us was their yellowtail collar. Pleasantly grilled with spices, and was better with the sprinkling of fresh lemon.
The only downside is the price. But considering the quality of the fish and the location, I understand the pricing. It’s a good place to take someone for a special occasion.

This place is brand new and I’m so so glad I stumbled upon it. The food is top tier. Probably the best sushi I’ve ever had; and I’m a huge foodie so that says a lot. Great vibes and beautiful decor. 10/10 I would highly recommend it

Pretty classy place that’s not too busy during the week days. Nothing domestic and card only but the bartenders have been friendly so far. Also, it closes early around the same time as the mall at 10 or 11.
