The worst place I’ve ever visited! If you want good food, buy from the frozen section like they served.
We ordered tomato soup – it’s from the Knorr soup packets that you just mix with hot water and serve. You can get it for $2.99 at the Indian store for Rs. 140 in India (might be cheaper).
Next we ordered the Onam special – spring rolls. They are from the frozen section of Costco. They are called Vegetable Edamame Spring rolls that are sold in the frozen section of Costco.
Next we ordered dosas – the batter was old, because the dosas tasted sour. Only happens when batter is super old. The cheese dosa had no cheese and also – tasted sour sour kids couldn’t eat.
Biriyani – too much masala, too little rice. They never asked us spice level, so it was super spicy. But it was the only thing that wasn’t from a frozen section or from a grocery store aisle.
The food is super overpriced for what they are serving. Save your dollars and eat at home, or get from the frozen section from any grocery store. Pretty sure Trader Joe’s frozen food is better than the food here. Also can’t complain about the Costco spring rolls but I have the same box in my fridge that I bought 40 rolls for $7.99 and had to pay $9.99 (or similar) for just 6 rolls.

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent order. We ordered Chicken Mandi along with a few starters, but the Mandi was not authentic at all. It was simply plain pulao rice served with chicken. The rice tasted very generic, and the chicken pieces did not seem fresh or properly prepared.
What made the experience worse was the pricing. Eighty dollars for food of this quality is very unreasonable. This was meant to be a birthday treat for my friends, but unfortunately everyone left deeply dissatisfied.
This was my second visit. During my first visit, we ordered three different types of biryanis, yet they all came with the same rice base and only differed in the meat served. That is not authentic biryani.
I sincerely hope the restaurant considers improving its recipes or revisiting its kitchen standards, because both times I’ve visited, I have walked away feeling disappointed and that my money was wasted.

Food was amazing! My new favorite Indian restaurant in the Cincinnati area. My husband eats meat but I am vegan with a gluten allergy, they were knowledgeable and helpful. The food was so fresh and the best quality Indian Food I have had! We live 50 minutes away but we will be back whenever we can

We recently visited Bawarchi and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious — the goat biryani was perfectly cooked with rich flavors, and the Apollo fish was crispy, spicy, and truly outstanding.
A special mention to Teju, who assisted us during our visit. She was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Her service really added to the overall experience.
Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely coming back again!

Delicious, flavorful and authentic hyderabadi food served with love at this place. I understand that some negative reviews mention disappointment about the unavailability of some food items sometimes. But if we are talking about the food only, it’s simply outstanding. I was lucky to try the chicken mandi and it didn’t disappoint me. Finger licking good. Their nonveg appetizers are also really good. Feels good to have a place like this far away from home.

Went there for lunch and had their lunch special. They provided a large assortment and large portions. Food was delicious. But what particularly stood out to me. I had the butter naan and cheese naan and both were phenomenal. Some of the best naan I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Sat at the table waiting for food over an hour. The host working was very talkative to others (of the same race) but would not check in with us. I asked if our food was even started and she said yes quickly and ignored me when I asked how much longer.
We ended up walking out
The food did look really good but we couldn’t wait any longer, rude slow service.

First time visiting. I had the Amaravathi chicken curry and my daughter had the chicken Tikka Masala. Both were excellent. The service was good and the portions were generous. If you don’t like a lot of spice I would recommend level 3 or under. Very flavorful!

We went on Sunday November 9th for dinner around 6 PM. No welcome or asking for help. The girl was eating over front door from window side so we walked to counter and she suggested very uncomfortable table which is smaller space to harder on bench and we asked to change open tables which were three available and one covered by the girl bag pack and food. Bench was not in good condition as it was cracked cover. We been waited to have some one to take our order and look like the girl only working so she avoided us and tried to asked other people who been finished their dinner and talking. I asked for Samosa appetizer and she got it within few minutes and taste was good. After that no one ask for our order so second girl who came to take our samosa plate, we asked her for order. She suggested the first girl to take our order and we placed salads and naan with goat butane and maysor masala dosa, now delayed serving start with serving daal tadka and naan later on 15-25 minutes and been wait for butane. My husband was sure about girl forget our order, finally we asked for it and again delayed for biryanee, My husband started to eat biryanee and he finished dinner and I been waiting for my maysor masala and you know the girl who doesn’t care talked and never come to table to ask for anything so finally I walked to her for my dosa order and without any hesitation she said I forgot your order let me fixed it. I denied and cancel my order as it’s too late to have dinner at 8 PM. In short the girl never apologized never thanks for anything and her behavior were bias with us within four tables. Finally we left at 8:30 with no food for me. We just think about the business ruined by staff which is bad business review to easy shutdown. Food was good but service is below ZERO. We never ever go to this place

I’ve been to this place many times. It has gone from bad to worse. Pathetic experience today. Only things we liked were chicken 65 and garlic naan. Chicken fried rice tasted like dirt. They messed up one of our order and for replacement brought back the same dish that they took inside with some makeover instead of making a new order which was inedible and very spicy. Another one of the order took almost an hour to come to the table while everyone else has finished eating. Chutneys and sambar are not up to the mark. No water refills by the server. I left the food on the table because it was going into the trash anyway. I’m not returning here ever again.
