Stumbled on this place while driving down Grant Line and what a hidden gem! Rustic ranch vibe outside, classy and cozy inside with a gorgeous wine rack. The rolls were huge and flavorful, amaebi was fresh and big, and calamari was perfectly crunchy. Loved sitting outside—it was quiet and relaxing. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Definitely coming back to try more!

Dined here while spending the weekend at a local equestrian show park.
Here’s what I enjoyed:
– spacious accommodations for large groups
– shaded patio with high and low seating
– fly fans on each table
– extensive menu with lots of options for people with allergies to crustaceans or other items.
– tasty food! Our group had a variety of dishes ranging from intricate rolls to sesame chicken to hand rolls.
Things I would change if I could:
– I could have totally missed a kids’ menu but having something that’s not sushi-related and (sadly) more “American” would have been useful for our group. Ironically, I would have paid $15 for boxed mac n cheese or chicken strips for the kiddo. I seriously hate even typing this because it totally goes against the whole restaurant and food culture but it’s so hard to get the whole family to eat together at sushi restaurants if one person doesn’t like it.

Went here for a school fundraiser dinner. It was pretty busy but only waited a few minutes. Came here plenty of times before with family and friends mostly because its the only sushi spot in Wilton. Ordered my favorite Firmen Roll and tried another one because I love scallops. Food came out really fast. It was delicious like always. Only complaint is we didn’t get ginger and wasabi with the food and waited a pretty long time before someone came around and I had to wave them down to ask for the wasabi and ginger. Also, our server never checked on us once until he gave us the check. I understand it was busy, but service shouldn’t be an issue if there are several servers. Anyways, I will go back mainly because I love the food.

Unexpected delight! You should not expect this to be the best sushi restaurant from the look of the neighborhood and your first glance. However, it is an incredibly authentic and delicious place.
We dined there twice during our stay in California. Both times we had amazing meals. The first time I did not have a chance to take pictures, the food was gone too fast. The second time, the appetizers were gone before I remembered to take pictures! But not the sushi rolls.
I can’t recall all that we had but some of our favorites were the Tuna Tataki, the 911, Umai, Spicy DJ, and the Hot Mama. The calamari is very good for an appetizer.
Overall, the service was good. The bar service was a bit slow during the dinner service but the food was not.

The bartender has been working at this restaurant for a few years and just began pouring drinks within a week or two ago. His name is Vinny .He was an excellent bartender, host and waiter.. Came here on a Tuesday evening and the wait was exceptionally long, was told 20 minute wait but reality was 45 minutes. It was exceptionally busy for a weekday. Once seated the waiter did a great job of placing drink orders, and food orders quickly. Overall the sushi was OK but I was not overly impressed. It’s a cute atmosphere. Maybe I just need to find the right roll for me. The other guest at dinner enjoyed their sushi and did not have too many complaints.

This place is amazing. It gets nice and packed, but worth the wait. We come here and get the chefs special rolls and have them compete for who’s the best. Service is great, chefs are great and friendly, and an overall amazing sushi place. Yum yum.

I love this place. Always happy and I’ve been here a dozen times. Great quality sushi and a ton of great options.
We started with the spicy edamame. Absolutely delicious and garlic heaven.
Miso soup is delicious.
We did the lamb lollipop appetizer which was great. Nice tasting sauce on a bed of greens.
We did 3 sushi rolls:
-Dragon Roll (modified) I took out the shrimp because it allergic. I was really impressed with how good this tasted. Topped with eel. Creamy garlic sauce. Delicious.
-Philadelphia Roll (simple and good)
– Hot Mama – Spicy. You could really taste the jalapeño. If you really like jalapeño go for it. Still nice balance with the rest of the roll. We would recommend it if you like spice.
Got 2 beers of Sapporo on tap. Always good with sushi.
Service was excellent. Fast, friendly, and attentive.
Atmosphere is clean and modern. Nice bar for sports.
