Do not go here. Customer service is ALWAYS terrible. If I don’t check my food then it’s completely wrong. Then you have to argue with the incompetent staff to get your money back. Oh you won’t ever get that money back by the way. I call to complain and he told over and over to get a refund on the app which I’ve tried to do. Impossible to get your money back. Terrible food. Terrible service. DO NOT GO. I’ve never been so angry. There was no one in front of me or behind me during my time in the drive through. I will be calling corporate every day complaining till I get my money in cash or deposited. No 7 day bull

The food was pretty standard and the fries were cold. The service was excellent. There was a young lady that took care of me and she was also cleaning up the dining room when I walked in overall place was relatively clean. Some of the seats were stained and the doors like they had greasy fingerprints all over it not gonna lie. It’s a pretty typical experience for Popeyes .

This is one of the worst places to eat in Peoria/East Peoria. Its also the worst place to pick up for DoorDash. Everytime I order spicy chicken strips they don’t have any. I’ve gotten contract violations through doordash because of this place. They tell you the store is closed but then take care of drive thru and dine ins. I will never bring my money into this place to spend nor will I pickup doordash orders from here. I’ve lived next to this location for over 10 years and it’s never changed!

First off as a business owner and a supervisor this store doesn’t look clean from the outside looking in. The you g lady that works night shift 9pm. Served old chicken that is dried out and burnt. I brought the chicken back to receive the same but worse.
Close if you can’t provide what people are asking to pay for. Fresh drop chicken to order if it’s getting close to closing. Time management with a plan is very important.
Corprate office if you are reading this please follow up with training your employees.

They were not even crowded. They literally had no one in the lobby or drive thru when I went through. They still messed up a simple order. I got 2 5 piece chicken tender mild combos with Cajun fries and blackened ranch for both orders. They shorted me my dipping sauce and shorted me a fry and didn’t even give me straws for the drinks! On top of that the chicken tenders looked like they were just ripped in half to make the 5 piece up. Very disappointed and un happy about this.

This place has messed up 4 of my last 5 orders including leaving me sit in the parking lot for 50m for me to drive back through drive thru for them to say sorry we must of forgot about you while laughing. One of the worse places in the area to go to if you expect great service! I will no longer return to this restaurant and spend my money I work hard for on this type of behavior and service.

I went for lunch and paid for an 8 piece meal my bill was over 45 dollars, went back that night to pick it up. When I got there I waited 5 mins before a guy came across the speaker, we is closed your gonna have to come back tomorrow. I told him I paid for an 8 piece meal around lunch that was supposed to be ready by 10, he replied we closed early so regardless your gonna have to come back tomorrow. Couldn’t even get a refund till next day, they closed at 8:30 so why was you still inside the restaurant?? Obviously milking the clock!

I go here now that KFCs have all closed down. I like the spicy taste, but it’s too crunchy for my liking. I’m 70 and have trouble chewing. KFC original was great, but all of Popeye’s are on the crunchy side. I love the Cajun rice too. If they made a “softer” outer crunch, I’d go more often. Doesn’t seem to be much choice for fried chicken anymore.

This Popeyes is pretty clean for the most part, food is always good only, only had a mistake like once but that’s not a huge problem. Would like to see them bring back the boneless bundle but that’s just a company thing. The place is typically not busy so food comes out quick. Sadly it’s not super fresh cuz it sits in warmer but overall the taste is good.
