The cashier was friendly and professional and helpful.

The way it works, point of contact is minimal. You order from a kiosk, wait for a text, and pick up your food.
If you’re eating there, you try to find an empty area that’s been wiped down (the challenge), and clear your area when you’re done.
This was great for pandemic times. Still works for a quick bite, but it’s not “service.”
I enjoyed the music.
The fries were great.
The burger I had, and chicken sandwich my hubby had were not great, but we really came for the shake. That was good.
If you’re looking for a quick bite, good shakes, and minimal contact, this is the place.

Love this place. Haven’t traveled in a couple of years and already knew I was coming here before I even got on the plane! Wife and I shared the Santa Barbara char and fries. Delicious! Only down side was ordering on a kiosk screen instead of in person. I prefer the personal touch.

What can I say except what a let down. I ordered a chicken club sandwich expecting a fabulous sandwich what I got instead was an utter disappointment. My chicken was dry and old looked as if it was the left over chicken from the lunch rush. My green leaf lettuce had black and brown spots. My French fries were reheated and had that brown coloring when you reheat them oppose from the usual golden brown and crispy fries i expected.

Had been craving this for a while. Left Disappointed. My sweet potato fries were under cook, both my burgers had cold buns, I paid for Avocado to be added to my burger and got none. The 6 piece bites that were for my daughter weren’t included although I was charged for it.
The cashier was also very rude and charged an extra order of fries I didn’t ask for.

I really enjoyed the double char burger with avocado and cheese so delicious. Looks nothing like it does on the menu of course. The fries are always made fresh and hot. Love the staff here even the majority of them are female, all polite and helping. They also have other amazing selections on the menu such as veggie burger. The place is always clean and always busy. As they say they are worth the wait.

Ugh, after a tough workout, I was craving a good burger from Habit Burger. Ordered through the app, got my food, sat down at the restaurant, and bam! The edge of the patty felt like I was biting into a rock. Ended up tossing it in the trash. Not cool, Habit Burger.
