As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The Checkers on 25th street as got the worst crew working for them that I have ever seen. I pulled up and sat for 5mins no one ever said a word so I pulled to the window they were just standing there looking at each other and the same kid whose waited on me before was there again it acts like his elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top floor. I told I sat there for 5 mins no one said anything he said my Jeep was to loud it didn’t register in his headset and no my Jeep isn’t that loud it has a miss to it but not loud enough he couldn’t hear and that’s the last time I’m going back update I also wanted to add my neighbor was with me and they refused to take her capital one American express credit card said they don’t except those kinds of cards but according to my research checkers takes all major credit card including capital one American express

If you want hot food, do not eat here.. especially on 2nd shift. The employees are too worried about being on their phones to do their job. Sat outside for 15 to mins waiting for an order they were “making fresh” while we watched them serve 6, yes 6 other cars, then finally get our food and none of it is even luke warm, much less hot!! Not to mention NONE of it was made right..

I purchased the Chicken bites box with french fries, a medium coke, and the new strawberry cheesecake bites. I recieved the chicken box bites and fries, warm -not hot, along with powdered sugar on them due to the cheesecake bites tumbled in the bag. I got a Sprite instead of the Coke i ordered, which they replaced after i came back thru the line. Glad i checked before i drove too far away. In their defense i got the feeling the drive thru clerk was still training as everyone was around her watching. The cheesecake bites were okay but they are $3.00 for 4, and they are just bites, smaller than my remote car fob, see picture. My meal was a little less than $10.00 but i just did not feel it was worth the amount. However please understand, the food tasted good.

I went to checkers with my boyfriend tonight at around 8 something.we get our food my burger has no sauce I had to add it when I got home neither did his. as I’m biting into my burger half way I find a hair it’s shorter than mine. But i figured it might still be mine but I better check. I pull it apart and I find a black hair under the cheese sticking out. I have brown blonde balayage not black I’m completely disgusted will never go back !!

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, 1 regular, and 1 plain. I opened the plain one to eat as I left the parking lot. I was disappointed because the meat was only warm, and it was very dry.

I went with my family on this final Sunday of the day. They missed our order for fries, and they didn’t put everything on Cheesse Champ. We complained, changed the fries, didn’t add everything to the sandwich and it was still cold. The other requests were OK, except for the milkshake which is not large at all. I’m not coming back. After the second complaint, they made the right request.

Wish they had a new drive thru communication system. At least 3 of my last 5 orders were INCORRECT and once I pull away there is NO WAY to get it corrected without parking, walking into the cold wind and rain, and standing there waiting.
As a disabled senior citizen I resent that even when I turn off my motor to minimize the background noise, I still can’t understand the order taker, and she still can’t understand me, even when I repeat myself several times.
The problem is either: 1. Your deficient and defective two way system at the drive thru; or 2. The failure to adequately train the order takers in how to properly use the equipment, and how to speak clearly into the microphone, and LISTEN.
“NO MAYONNAISE” does NOT mean “EXTRA MAYONNAISE.”
Of course, another explanation for the “errors” could be that this is being done intentionally by the employees as a discriminatory tactic.
Maybe unordered mayonnaise is more acceptable than how hateful employees of a certain competitor of Cherkers who spit on hamburgers of “certain” customers.
