Went here because of people’s reviews and I was not impressed.
First off to me and my wife the egg flour soup tasted like corn chowder. The eggroll had a funny flavor. We was both not satisfied with any of the food.

Fantastic Chinese food! Service is great! Prices are pretty decent compared to other places, too. 100 ⭐ restaurant, if you ask me! I love this place! Our family used to go “Asia Kitchen,” but it never recovered from the Covid-19 pandemic & they went out of business, plus Asia Kitchen was located in the Rockwood district of Gresham/Portland near 188TH & Burnside Road, where a lot of crime & graffiti took place, & seemed like every week, someone or more than 1 person would “attack” that restaurant with graffiti all over the back of the brick building, & that stuff is hard to wipe off a building. It’s sad, too, because our family used to go to Asia Kitchen many times throughout a year for about 5 decades. So, we have a new Chinese food restaurant we to now! WE LOVE CHINESE GARDEN!

This is the best chinese Restaurant, in Portland. It’s about $15 for a big plate of food, that could serve 2 to 3 people. Big combo plate. Big portions.

Been going here for YEARS & best place for combos. Awesome egg rolls, Kung pao chicken, sweet & sour chicken, almond chicken chow mein, vegetables w/noodles, BBQ pork, general tso’s chicken, fried shrimp and hot & sour soup.

Not what I ordered! It’s been at least a year since I’ve had any money for takeout and I’ve been craving Chinese food for months. I ordered the #5 combination of egg roll, sesame chicken, kung pao chicken & pork fried rice. I can’t imagine this is what they’d call sesame chicken. It’s like sweet & sour chicken. Really not what I’ve been craving at all. It’s good, but still, could have been better to have what I wanted. If this *is* their idea of king pao chicken & sesame chicken then that would be one less star from me because that’s different than what it would be at every other Chinese place in the country that I’ve been to. And I’ve lived in a lot of states. That’s also the weirdest egg roll I’ve ever seen.

We have been coming here for years. The food is pretty good in the portions are huge but the quality used to be better. The prices are great for the amount of food you get and they are really fast. I would recommend it but not rave about it. Great place to bring a family though.

Have had bad service the last few times. This time was not ok. I asked for a half order of pan fried noodles. Was brought out noodle soup. I told them I’ll see if my daughter will like it. My daughter ate some broth but that’s it. She charged me for the entire thing. I asked if we can split it because nothing at all was eaten. She got really mad and ripped the bill away. Took off not even half. I get most people are scamming but as a restaurant. I was trying to not throw the food away but if they messed up. I tried to be cool. It did not get touched really. Then be cool and refund it. Or work with the person.

Been on the quest for a decent chinese restaurant since my normal favorites have closed down (covid, retirement, etc) This place is pretty close to me so i like the convenience of location. Though, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy – dont let that deture you (i took my food to go) The price point is good and the portion was actually tooooooo much – i dont really like leftovers of any kind so i think this was too much food. Almost broke my arm carrying it out lol. I will order from this place again for sure (to go that is) but can definatley share my food with 2 other people

Busy lobby with other people picking up to go orders. We where seated and served promptly. Food arrived at the table quickly and was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. A real treat
