We went and I order a cold cut and all I got was bologna and got charged 31 dollars for her to try and convince me she put all the meat on there I ask her to look at camera to that she replied I am not doing that I know what I put on there.. my point being please don’t go there unless u want bologna and bad service… I ask to speak with a manager and twitch she reply I am assistant manager… With an ugly attitude and I told the sweet younger that I wouldn’t be back I could have bought bologna next door at the wiggly.

I just want to say, it is 9:50! The subway in Holtville AL. does not close until 10:00. I walked in 20-30 minutes before closing and they turned me away, because quote on quote “we have already closed our register down” while they have nothing out. I work in the food industry so I understand how annoying it is when customers come in late, but for you to be so rude, and not even offer is ridiculous! I come here at-least 2x a week, and live very close by, on my way home from work, i just wanted to grab some dinner. It’s sad how little there employees care about customers. I will say the only ones that care, and are considerate is the young ones, it’s sad that in this generation. The adults are more selfish, and rude than young people. 0/10. You need a better staff! If you didn’t want to come to work with a smile, you don’t deserve a job! Be thankful for what you have, and If your not give it to someone who will be!

What a difference! It went from dirty and mismanaged to my favorite place for a quick bite. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The food is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is clean and fresh. Way to go, Slapout Subway!!

I ordered from work and had one of my co worker to pick up my order and when I got my order which was a spinach wrap It was so wrong and dry. I tried several times to contact the manager but no luck they kept giving me the run around talking about they need to watch the camera they must be still watching it after three weeks.

Tonight’s service at the Holtville location was terrible. First I had to wait for the boy at the counter to finish flirting and waving to the girl that was leaving. Then one of the girls working there dumped my bacon onto my wrap without even blotting the grease, so grease ran off the paper onto my wrap and off into one of the black veggie containers. I asked her to remake my wrap because that was disgusting. She looked at me like I had a problem. Then there was food mixed into several bins along with mayo and who knows what else on the food prep area. When I mentioned it, the boy simply got a new piece of paper to place my order on instead of cleaning the area. This location needs adult supervision instead of 3 teens working.

Excellent service with no wait. Caylee was our server and gave great service with a smile. She took advantage of a lull in the influx of new customers by cleaning the drink dispenser, counter, tables, and glass shield at serving line. She made sure customers were cared for while doing these tasks. Caylee is young, but shows maturity as an employee without the need for other supervision. Very impressive. – Stan
