Not the absolute best breakfast, but it is a good choice for breakfast on the go. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant is reliable from location to location. It’s hot, the bacon is good and it’s easy to eat and not messy in a car. The potatoes and coffee are both good.
Service at this drive-through was fast and professional if impersonal. The food was delivered as soon as I got to the window.
There is adequate parking if you choose to go in.

The worst ever, the bikini bottom bundle nothing like they advertise, no patrick pie no chest nothing, also I ask for a coke on my other meal and the guy gave me a sprite and I even told him but he just ignore me

Just stop by about thirty minutes ago for food and the person at the register was absolutely incompetent. I said three separate times that I wanted the sandwich only and he continued to ask me if I wanted the meal. Then, he stopped talking to me completely for a mobile order. When did regular customers become irrelevant when a mobile order comes through? Anyhow my sandwich was absolutely disgusting. As for extra sauce/ and cheese and didn’t get any and paid for it!!!! The bun was dry. In the milkshake was absolutely disgusting, and I had to just throw it away. It was like the bottom of the milkshake was solid thick milk. See through milk. Horrible! In the worst part is, i didn’t even get a receipt to ask for my refund.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins after they said they would be with me shortly. Finally drove up to the window only to be completely ignored again. They could have said the drive thru was closed because they were short handed. And they could have acknowledged me when I drove to the window. There was only about 10 people behind the counter trying to figure out what they were doing. And not one even the manager on duty acknowledged me at the window.

The Manager Rachel was PHENOMENAL. The restaurant has implemented a new POS system that day which in any establishment can create problems while the team learns the new system, on top of it being the height of the dinner hour often times at BK I would receive less than stellar service. HOWEVER, not only was the dining room clean, Rachel who was very busy made sure to greet me immediately and asked me to please be momentarily patient and shed be right with me. She was right with me, with a smile that was sincere, professional demeanor and expedient service. She was fair and courteous with her staff and when a customer returned an order she handled it promptly and calmly and they left satisfied. As a retail manager myself I applaud her. Thank you Rachel and Peoria staff you killed it!!!

I honestly love burgerking, but ive gotten a microwaved hamburger too many times from this location to just not post a review.
it’s 650pm… this isn’t exactly late night, so I have no way to justify the behavior.
stale, soggy broken apart bun. cheese 100% melted on via chef mic.
asked for lite ketchup (rest normal) got it murdered by ketchup, this time I ordered it plane to avoided the issue.

This is an extremely competent and reliable Burger King, I have only had good service here from the employees! They are so kind even though the neighborhood is so mean. Today I had to wait 10 extra minutes for my order because it turns out they actually forgot to make it and just skipped my order altogether. I asked about it, and they checked and explained what happened. They gave me my order as it’s supposed to be made and they also gave me some chicken fries for free because I was kind and patient about it!! Love that.

I haven’t had burger King in a long time. I stopped in for breakfast. The cashier was friendly and efficient. The food was okay but the service was incredible. I got egg and cheese croissant with hash browns. The hashbrowns were too salty but I’m not a salt person. Until next time.

I would have given it a higher rating if they didn’t add a $1 donation without asking. I don’t mind giving the donation as long as they ask….the unfortunately did not. Would not recommend going to an establishment that steals money. To top it off when I asked for more sauce he had the audacity to ask me to pay for it, take the $1 you already took from me to pay for it. Overall, unsatisfied and extremely disappointed.
