The Brew Kettle is really good for the price. They have a mix of southern classics and standard bar food. The jalapeno cornbread is very good it is incredibly moist for corn bread. The cinnamon butter it comes with also adds a nice sweetness to it. The shrimp and grits are good. Are they the best I’ve had, no. But they are decent. I think the shrimp was well cooked. They were not hard or rubbery. The grits were also good. The sauce over these, though, is very heavily spiced. Most of the dishes’ flavor does come from it. Now, the Cajun chicken pasta is where things go bad. The sauce is great. it’s a very lightly spiced cream sauce. But the chicken in this dish is so dry. When you soak it in the sauce, it’s not bad. But it’s way overcooked. Another downside of this place is the service it is slow. It’s not painfully long, but it does take a while to get your food. It took about 7 to 8 minutes for the cornbread to arrive and about an additional 25 to 30 after that for the rest. All of this came in at around $50 with 1 beer as part of that total amount. So it’s reasonable for what it is. It’s absolutely worth trying. Just avoid the chicken. Outside, there is a free parking lot, which is nice compared to other locations in the area.

This is a stop on the Summit Brew Path. We decided to try them on a Saturday afternoon. No crowd, so we were seated immediately. They have a nice outdoor seating area as well, but it was closed, being February.

I was very impressed with the number of beers on tap, over 30. I went with the White Rajah, which is an IPA. It paired well with our food. I had the pastrami Reuben and my wife ordered the Smoked Cheesesteak. Both came loaded with meat and were very good. Our service was also excellent, very attentive and friendly.

Great beer selection “more than 30” local breweries, I had the Irish Red ale, it was really good. The wings are a Most, the were delicious, the pita nachos good, and the corn jalapeño bread it was perfect.

The sour I tried was amazing. Great beer selection and trendy decor. Had a house salad with grilled shrimp. The blue cheese dressing could be a little stronger. Not a fan of the spices they used in the cheesy grits, their texture and flavor made them seem more like Thanksgiving stuffing (lots of rosemary/poultry seasoning) otherwise food was great.

Pan ultimate experience. You will not be disappointed. The wings and the poutine were phenomenal. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Recommended beers based on our comments.

This Brew Kettle location was one of the few stops we tried out while staying the night in the area. The local beers were all solid and I appreciated the large amount of seating available. The food menu was interesting and we tried the banana parfait which was pretty good. I didn’t love the service we experienced however, with our server being gone for so long I ended up closing out at the bar.

Good food, great service! The Cajun pasta was a good choice, I’ve came here a few times with my family and there’s always great drinks and solid food choices!

We went here for a late lunch, early dinner. Lots of TVs and great for watching games. We had a table of 8 and the service was well timed and friendly.

We had a few starters… shishito peppers, poutine and buffalo dip. Shishito peppers were with burrato cheese. They were good but probably didn’t need the cheese. The poutine was good…crispy fries, good cheese and gravy but could probably do without the steak bits. The buffalo chicken dip was great! Nice for sharing and liked the pita and celery.

For my main, I had the dos tacos. I liked the crispy shell but didn’t love the BBQ sauce and steak but someone else that liked BBQ sauce might like them.

The service was efficient and cheerful. I ordered the bbq mac and cheese with burnt ends. The mac and cheese was just OK — the cheese sauce was soupy (I had to ask for a spoon) and the burnt ends were few and far between. I can’t in all honesty rate the food as any better than average…

The food was amazing, I literally inhaled it. The Burger was a tad overdone, but still plenty juicy and delicious. Strong beer selection from both Brew Kettle and other breweries. I really enjoyed Brew Kettle’s beers. The only nitpick I have is they seemed a little understaffed so service was a little slower than I would have liked.
