This was an awesome place to stop, the patio on the water was great, definitely a great vibe, order the fried green beans they are . I personally prefer a more traditional deep fried fish taco with slaw and aioli but these were pretty good, my husband loved his pasta as well. Definitely a good vibe and our server Red was great!

I’ve frequently visited this restaurant and the experience has always been okay. I honestly go for atmosphere and view of water. They also have live bands on certain days.
The service yesterday sucked as I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for server to return with water and take my order. I finally went in restaurant (I was sitting at outside bar) to speak with manager and the server was eating. She apologized and stated she had asked another server to take care of me. The manager took my order etc. It was not a good experience but the server was very apologetic so I let it slide. I wasn’t given a discount or anything which was okay but generally managers do something!!! I had the blackened shrimp and fries. The fries were not hot not sure what happened! I was very hungry and didn’t feel like waiting longer so just ate them.
I left on boat and came back at night. The view is even nicer. They have some very nice Halloween decor inside and out! Actually it’s well put together and puts you in the holiday spirit!!!
I was told they are short staffed which is not the customers problem. If you can’t run restaurant efficiently then don’t open. Customers don’t need to hear excuses. We expect excellent service if open!
I recommend visiting but not sure how service will be…. But the same server did take our drive order while on boat. That also took longer than usually! She seemed to but a nice person but maybe having an off day!

My visit was pretty food. The good was delicious and service was okay. They were extremely busy but moved swiftly as possible. I will recommend anyone to stop by for a visit. It’s off the water with a live band. Very nice!

Great place to go to get drinks and some bar food! We enjoyed our visit! Good service! When we walked inside no one greeted us so we assumed to sit out back! I wish it was more fans out but overall good experience and very nice area to overlook the reservoir.

Monday afternoon, beautiful day on the reservoir, good food, great live music. If I lived around here I’d be a regular. Blackened shrimp was excellent, as were reports from the burger aficionados with me. Lonely Hearts band was incredible and covers were spot on with a little local style. Great views on the water and good service round out the package deal.

The greatest place in town if you want to tie off your boat and grab a cold beer with friends. You seat yourself, scavenge for chairs, and flag down a waitress as fast as you can in order to be serviced. Staff is friendly but frantic, I suppose understaffed. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp Wrap (fries were cold but wrap was great), the Fried Catfish Basket, and the Turkey Club, except the $$ Turkey Club came out looking kinda sad with no cheese or bacon. So we just asked the waitress to bring out a side of bacon. It never came but the manager was nice enough to take it off the ticket.
Bathrooms were very nice and there was a lot of police and security walking around.

Pelican Cove is my favorite Monday spot. It’s on the reservoir where you can eat and drink next to the peaceful water and watch the boats. The food is great. Their seafood pasta was better than expected had a nice flavor and ample amount of substance. They have shrimp wraps which are also pretty good. The staff and management are always nice and catering. Four dollar margarita Monday rocks. The mango is the best. Thanks

I’ve dined here before and everything has always been great. This go around the shrimp basket I ordered was foul. They weren’t fresh at all. The way they smelled they were obviously spoiled. I just feed them to the fish.

AMAZING LIVE BAND “BLUES & RHYTHM ” they will have you dancing all night long!!! The food was season well. The drinks was so smooth you couldn’t tell alcohol was in it, best believe you can feel it working. (Kids are welcome!!!! )
I went here on a wifes night out!!! Was actually supposed to went to the place next door for some good steamed oysters .!!! Baby when I tell you we pulled up and heard that band we said forget them oysters!!!!!!
