My husband had a RAW spicy chicken sandwich that he didn’t realize was raw until he ate some of it. I made a complaint and they want to issue a $10 credit towards our next Wendy’s purchase. We will not be eating there again, so that doesn’t matter.

To stay on par with today’s society, both people working the counter had the personality and friendliness of my shoe. These weren’t kids, both were at least in their 40’s. 3 value (haha) meals for $48, then told its another $1.10 for a package of ranch. Food was ok yet watched the customer ahead of us come back inside twice to return old, hardened food. Ya, nope, I’m done!

I have no problem with THIS Wendys. I started an order for a $5 biggie bag at home on the app. Got to restaurant 3 minutes after 12 noon and the price was raised to $6. The company has dynamic pricing now. No thanks, I got pizza instead…

Mom ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger, cheese wasn’t even melted and we waited over 10 minutes. Meanwhile they made sure to take care of everyone in drive up. Need to find another place to go.!!!!

Went there today. The service was fine, but all the food including the bag was wet with oil. It stained my pants before work and stained my car seat. Also the English Muffin was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Definitely a bummer.

This past weekend, I visited Wendy’s with some of my family. We had a pretty big group and many kids with us as well. Our food came out super fast, everything was super good and the employee, David.. that was helping us was so nice, and he was very patient with all of our indecisive kiddos! The service and atmosphere was incredible. Definitely will be back to this Wendy’s in the future! 🙂

The has changed over the last year. it’s much smaller inside. They put up a wall and closed one whole room. The food is better.
The coke freestyle machine is a welcome feature. The restrooms could use improvement. Paper towels would be a great addition. Instead of poop spreading air dryers period

This restaurant was not very clean and bathrooms needed upgrades. A/C was down which adds to a sense of deterioration. My order was somehow lost which gave me more time to stand in front of the counter. During that time, I noticed that the manager gets called quite often for unnecessary reasons. I think my food might have been mistakenly taken by a young lad working the afternoon shift and taking his lunch break. No biggie… In general, staff is nice, but it just seems like they need to get things together. Food is the average Wendy’s quality.

not sure if today was just a good day but the drive thru worker was very energetic and friendly, and the baconator fries were LOAAADED for a change. 10/10 service props to everyone on shift today
