Food is always tasty. Tonight had to be one of the slowest experiences I have ever had. 2 people working front counter and took a minute to be greeted. A few people in the back but only one person actually making the food. From order to getting my food for dine in was 25 minutes. And dinner room has not be cleaned in sometime. Has to be better managed.

Zaxby’s has changed drastically for the good. Within the last month and half, my wife and I were assisted by Joshua Bryant. He has made this store the best in customer service and always accommodating customer’s that he comes in contact with. He is good management material and should be promoted to manager.
Joshua always remembers customers, even if they show up just once before. The last time we were in the store, we ordered our chicken sandwiches and he saw us waiting and told us to have a seat and he will bring it out to us personally. Once the order was completed, he did bring us our order and apologized it took so long to get it prepared, because they wanted to make a fresh batch of chicken to prepare our sandwiches.
There should be more personnel like Joshua. Please promote to manager!

I had been shopping over at the Walmart in the same lot and it had been a long day. I had a car full of stuff to take home knew I didn’t want to cook that evening. Long story shore I decided to give Zaxby’s a try. I’ve been wondering about the place for a while and I’m glad I visited.
I went through the drive-through and checked out the board. Fortunately there was a couple of cars in front of me and that gave me time to acquaint myself with the menu. I ended up ordering the Spicy Signature Sandwich combo and upsized it. It came out to like $10. Totally shocked honestly. The same meal at McD’s or Chick Filet would have run me no less than $13-$14.
I took my food home opened it up and was very happy with what I saw. The chicken sandwich was exceptionally filling and there was a ton of crinkle cut fries in the box to. Great experience all around and I’m glad I gave them a try. I’ll be back.

Overall I have to rate my experience a 2 stars just due to how poorly the employees treated my fiancé and I. We came in 20 minutes before closing due to problems ordering within the app. We walked up to the front to place our order and an employee ( 16/17 year old boy with brown hair ) at register seemed to have an issue with everything we said and was extremely rude. Kept messing up our order just due to how little he was paying attention (only one meal and a side of tenders to go) , giving us weird looks, and giving us an attitude. One of the Zaks sauces was also punctured in the bag of sauces we received spilling all over the rest of them, which we were charged for. 2 stars because food was decent (have eaten at this zaxbys location multiple times in the past with no issue and really enjoyed the food), had potential but was obviously rushed. Really sad to see that more and more places seem to care less about customer service and find it odd an establishment wouldn’t want to accept business during open hours. This is my review.

The drive there was very fast and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, it is hard to see the menu until you arrive at the place to order. Therefore, if you are not familiar with the menu you have to decide quickly. Also, the cost of a fourth strip meal was $10 which seems high to me for a fast food meal. The chicken strips were a little tough and had an oily/pickled taste to them.

Saddest chicken finger taco I have ever seen in my life….where is the chicken finger? Soggy old tomato 1 slice that is and barely any lettuce with an abundance of avacado ranch. What a waste of money! Wanted to try it being it looked tasty on the drive thru board. Was excited and opened the box to find this!

Fast service. But tenders were super small and chicken wings tasted like they’d been out for a while. Price without a drink was almost $14 and the portions are pretty small now. Waste of money.

Totally ridiculous experience. Placed an online order for one box around 7:20pm and arrived at the drive-thru window at 7:35 and let them know I was picking up an online order. They told me to pull up out front and they’d bring it out. I waited until 8pm and then went inside to tell them I’ve been waiting. They said it hadn’t even been made yet. I finally received my order at 8:15. 40 minutes from arrival to order out is inexcusable.
