Not soul wearing gloves, i watched the manager coughing in his hand and proceeded to grab food. I said somthing to him and was just told by the employee yeah we do that sometimes….
New Mexico, gloves are required for handling ready-to-eat (RTE) foods to prevent bare-hand contact, using utensils (tongs, scoops) is an alternative, and gloves must be changed frequently (when torn, soiled, or between tasks like raw meat to RTE food) after proper handwashing, with general guidelines suggesting every four hours for continuous use to avoid contamination, as per the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED).

Ordered a happy meal to be delivered through the app with my rewards points and did not receive it with the rest of my order. Called the restaurant and was told they “forgot to put it in the bag.” I was also told that there was no way to get my points back. The person on the phone also seemed rather rude and was very unhelpful.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast while starting our road trip. The morning rush on this particular Sunday was low. With two lanes to order a wait non nonexistent.
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle which was served hot and fresh. I tried the caramel iced coffee for the first time. It was okay. I wasn’t extremely crazy about the flavor.
Overall, a good experience.

Just came through the drive thru and ordered 2 $5 meal deals of Mc. Donalds double cheeseburger and a mc. Chicken. Make sure to check your bags because they forgot the nuggets for one order and we are traveling back home so called them and tried to get my name down for list but then it seemed like they didn’t want to talk to me because they switched me to a dial up internet tone so i would hang up. Never will visit this one again if they can’t get 2 meals right

The most recent time I have visited this store, they seemed frustrated when I made my order, which was one meal.
The lady at the cash register doesn’t look at you or talk to you.
The man that handed me food has absolutely nothing to say. They messed up the drink and when I politely asked him for the correct drink he scoffed at me and rolled his eyes.
On top of that they messed up my order and charged me in full despite me using a code.
This store seriously needs new management because every time I’ve come here it’s just like walking into a disaster. Nobody is in a good mood and it seems like most of the employees hate working there.
Y’all need a down day or something.

Another customer walked inside the front door so i got out of line and parked to go inside. When I ordered I noticed a sign that said carry out only. Then why open the lobby? Just have the drive thru. By the time I got my order i could have been half way home already. Mind you this is the second day that NM is back to 100% reopened. A guy walked in while i was waiting with his 3 daughters around the ages of 4-6 yrs old that he had parked and brought all in to sit and eat some happy meals only to find out they needed to get their food pack it back up and head somewhere else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE management……….. You get what you pay for with these employees.

We were passing through town on our way to El Paso with a van load of hungry teens late in the evening on Friday, July 11.
This was the first place we saw, so we stopped. They looked to be busy, but the line was moving fairly quickly. The gentleman working the register didn’t hesitate when I told him that we had a large order. By the time we made it to the window, the food was ready! The food was hot, and hit the spot! They had us back ok the road quickly.
Everyone who waited on us at all of the windows was very friendly.
