Im not sure what’s going on with McDonald’s recently but this is the 4th time I’ve had with the same problem and this order was from tonight with the pictures included. My order is completely wrong/messed up. I ordered a DOUBLE hamburger that is supposed to already come with pickles, onion and ketchup and to add lettuce. I have continually only received one patty and lettuce and sometimes ketchup on my burger but missing the rest of what is supposed to go on my burger. My drink is not being filled up at all, I’ve ordered fries and not received them and I keep getting chocolate shakes when ordered vanilla. I waited 10+ minutes for my food the other night at 2 in the morning because McDonald’s employees “didn’t realize I was waiting for my food”. The service and quality has just been going downhill and Im tired of paying 20+ dollars to not even receive a correct order. And if its that they are out of things that needs to be communicated, poor food and service all around recently. Im not usually one to complain about some items missing or being wrong but when it continually happens and its multiple locations including this one, I needed to say something.

Went to the drive-thru and it was somewhat busy yet somehow all of the food tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Didn’t receive my sauce with the nuggets either. I’ve worked at McDonald’s when I was a teen and I understand how easy it is so it’s kind of sad that the workers can’t even fill a simple order.

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. I asked for it plain. I had a coupon for a free happy meal yet somehow had to still pay for cheese. Then they made the burger with everything on it. Upon returning to the store, I was ignored at the counter for several minutes until someone finally helped me, after I had to loudly ask. Almost any other fast food is better.

If I could register a zero I would. Live right around here. Have been having major problems of them ringing up drinks separate on top of combos. Reached my breaking point today. When the woman at the window snarkly answered she didnt take my order. Doesn’t seem like anyone is? Or anyone is trained properly here. So there i was arguing over drinks at a stupid drive through window when I finally gave up and drove off. Because I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised that an untrained person would then mess with my food behind my back. We will swallow our own spit before I ever go back to this place.

The past several times I’ve been here lately, it’s very dirty, and the staff could really use manners. Very rude staff, except for the 2 older ladies that happened to be working. It’s also questionable if you get better/faster service through the drive thru or just going inside.

I was trying to collect the Disney 70th anniversary Happy Meal toys for my daughter. There’s a number printed on the bottom of the toy box that corresponds to specific characters.
I noticed a staff member (possibly LGBT, bald) chatting with coworkers and politely waited before asking if he could help check the number on a toy. He rolled his eyes and impatiently told me there was no number and that the toys were randomly sorted. When I explained what I had seen, he rolled his eyes again and refused to help.
I understand if staff can’t check toy numbers since it takes extra time. That part is fine. But the eye-rolling and giving incorrect information were unnecessary and unprofessional. Basic courtesy goes a long way, especially when dealing with families and kids.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and that is saying something. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with them. Food is always cold, they never get the orders right. If they weren’t the closest one or the one on the way home I would never go there. I just spent $50 in food for me and my family and I got shorted food and even had to get asked to wait to not hold up the line of one car behind me, and I still got cold food. What ever happened to standards. I know the family that owns this has many of them, but I doubt they ever actually visit them to fix any of their issues.

Hours says they are open. App says they are open. Lights are on. After ordering through app before getting here staff wont answer and just make eye contact though window. Is this location 24 hour. If not what are the hours and fix that app information please?
