I’ve never seen such a dirty Chipotle. There were no forks, I asked an employee and they ignored me. I had to find my own forks underneath. The chips are extremely stale. We asked for fresh chips and they didn’t have any. They were out of sour cream and didn’t offer to get more. They just announced they’re out of white rice and chips and it’s 1.5 hrs until closing. Trash left on tables, very dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

They offer great serving sizes for the money.
Service has always been friendly.
They even, when you ask them to change gloves, ask if you have an allergy and let the rest of the team know.
Love their sofritas as my go to vegetarian option!
I only rate the atmosphere as a 3 star, because it is, after all, a fast food place.

I walked over here from a nearby hotel. There is a sitting outside, and with perfect weather, it’s tempting to eat outside. If you are by the mall, walking for this food is worth it. Everyone was friendly, and my food was made with the most productive as any other Chipotle that I’ve been to. The food was delicious. Yes, I recommend coming back here. The bathroom is single. Keep in mind if you find yourself waiting for a bit.

I love Chipotle food. At least you know you are getting freshly made ingredients and you can see what you are getting while you’re being served.
However, some of the servers need to work on facial expressions and the way they handle the customers’ food. I get it, having a long day serving the public can be exhausting and I am also someone that cannot hide how I am feeling and serving the public can become demanding on your body as a whole, inside and out. But, I was taught that body language in a customer service position is vital and sometimes customers pick up on exhaustion, impatience, and definitely rudeness. Maybe it’s taught to what seems to me like throwing food into the bowl to move the line along, it just seems rude to me. However, if this is the way to be served at Chipotle, do it with a smile, I believe I can handle it better. Also, make sure to keep the tables clean after use and the floors as well. In addition, the self serving area where the drinks are should always be clean and organized and fully stocked.

Top chipotle in the area. Clean. Great tasting food. Highly recommend. The managers are incredibly professional and polite – they run a great restaurant. Girl with the nose ring was unbelievably rude so probably won’t go back cause who wants to deal with awful treatment.

Worst chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Didn’t add the queso or guac I ordered, added corn, which I didn’t order, and the steak was gross. Tiny portion, too, and they didn’t give utensils for my *bowl*. There are too many other nearby chipotles to ever consider this one again.

Chipotle is ALWAYS a great place to eat healthy with Vegan options. My wife and I always enjoy their food. This location the staff was very nice and helpful. They made sure I received everything ordered and the food was good. The store was clean inside and outside. The tables were clean and available for dine in or dine outside. We chose to dine outside and enjoy the weather. I couldn’t resist feeding the birds as they looked to me for a bite. I don’t know if Chipotle wants you to do that but I did. It’s within walking distance from a few hotels in the area and right across the street from the mall. I recommend eating here. Go ahead and enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Always enjoy burritos at Chipotle and this location did not disappoint. Got chicken and rice and black beans and a few other things thrown in. All fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Plenty of clean seating inside and out. Enjoyed sitting in their outside area with nice weather.
