Yesterday I picked up a double cheeseeburger plain and dry for a friend at work. I used self checkout on my order. Machine was out of paper. Went into day and it took him over 20 mins to get it ready. The machine was still out of paper. I watch 3 people walk back to counter while I waited and all their orders were wrong. Won’t return back again

It’s a solid McDonalds. They almost never mess up our orders, and the food is almost always what you would expect. Way better and more reliable than the one off 40. Obviously sometimes mistakes happen, and occasionally the fries aren’t hot, but it’s a solid McDonald’s

You may get everything you ordered, you may not. It is hit or miss so much so when you call in they don’t even question whether or not you are or are not missing items. They know they miss items all the time. They also do not let you know when they are out of certain products you are ordering, especially kid meal toys. If I go to a place of business and order something based off the picture than I can only assume I am getting what is advertised unless told different. For some reason this is one of the only ones I go to where I order a McChicken and it is so spicy it cannot be eaten. They also usually have a sign that says ask for condiments while ordering or you will not receive any at all. I forgot to ask for ketchup one time and when I pulled up to pay they wouldn’t add it and when I pulled up to retrieve the food they stated I couldn’t have any bc it was requested at time the order was put in.

If I could give it zero I would…. we left another Macdonalds because we waited in line 30mins we drove off…we get the this mcdonalds..and the picture tell it all..we got old nuggets .soggy fries…we pulled to the curb then still to get old food..mcdonalds is a powerful fast food chain…but the workers on the weekend are all younger and most of the staff is underpaid or just don’t care if you fire them…it still doesn’t matter to anyone unless it hits YouTube or 6clock news when something happens.
Hopefully the owner do something to motivate the staff ..there are lots of people that chose mcdonalds to eat sadly …I don’t think I will ever or anyone should eat at this mcdonalds ..service is terrible..its like no management is even in the place overseeing quality..

If you guys are gonna charge a dollar for 2 sauces, you should try to put them in the bag…. Every time I come here, I order through the app. So that way, I don’t have to get my child out of the car to come in. So I can go through drive through and I always put 2 barbecue sauce on my order, and every single time they are not in the bag, I have to grab myself and my child and get out the car. What is the convenience of ordering on the app? And going through drive through, if I have to get out and come in every time… I just went again. I ordered the same thing as I always do 2 barbecue sauces. They’re not in the bag. I just took the loss on the dollar because I’m not gonna continue to get my child out the car. Because yeah, you cannot remember to put 2 sauces that are on the order in the bag.. If they were free, I could care less. But you guys charge 50 cents a sauce. Do better.

Drive-Thru in place were very nice and we’re not huffy about asking them for more napkins. They got the order right? And the food was good. They could have filled the fries a little more but other than that no complaint
