This by far is the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever stepped into. Dirty on every level. Floors, counters, tables, bathroom, Apparently cleaning here is irrelevant. I have always liked Chipotle but this has definitely changed my mind. I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like, which is why I have concerns about ordering anything from here. Truly disgusting.

Workers are very slow and obviously not doing their job. I ordered 15 minutes prior to my arrival to get my food ready. I walked and it showed that order was ready for pickup. However, they said they need more time and I waited 15 minutes more when they finish my order. What’s even the point of ordering in the app then? They are obviously abusing the system and marked the order as ready to avoid being charged for not doing their job properly. My order was only one bowl, not a big one. Never ever go there. Those workers are in the photo.

The food itself wasn’t bad, now before I leave this I will say it was late maybe an hour + before closing. The food wasn’t fresh at all but still didn’t taste bad, but not fresh. What really made it 3 star was the staff, they weren’t rude but they definitely did not want to be there. And it filled the atmosphere, not expecting to be friends or anything but at least “friendly”. I’ve been here a few times and earlier in the day, food is fresher for sure, but staff is still the same, would rather a different location.

I ordered a rice bowl with chicken alongside other veggies to go. I get home and halfway through the bowl I find a string of hair in food. For me this is non negotiable amongst food places. The workers need to be held accountable before someone’s life is at risk. Finding hair in your food shouldn’t be the new norm. This is not a good look and I won’t be returning and advise anyone continuing to eat here to watch the workers and how they hover over your food to attend to other customers. I’m disgusted and disappointed that spent $17 dollars to find a hair in my food. Absolute garbage establishment

Chipotle is delicious and I love the food. The staff are generous. Unfortunately they often run out of ingredients. If you come after 7 there’s a high chance they are out of many things. I’ll often wait on line for up to 20 min and then when I get to the front they are out of most things. They don’t seem to have a handle on the prep. Today I waited on line at 8:30 for 20 minutes and they were out of white rice. This is pretty unacceptable for a place that closes at midnight.

When they have ingredients and they are on top of the line this place is delicious. Unfortunately, if you come anytime in the evening even though they are open till midnight, they never have any ingredients ready to go. Tonight they were out of white rice, they were out of pinto beans, they were out of barbacoa. They were out of everything it’s just ridiculous. They are not on top of their prep. You wait online for 20 to 30 minutes because they are incredibly slow. This place is not run well. I have nothing against the workers and employees, but this place obviously needs some better management. It’s also not the cleanest place as they let things sit a long time and run out.

Third time in one week no steak or fajitas. Manager ignored me when I asked the status of how long it would take to make the missing choice selections. He offered no explanation nor an apology. The store dining area was not maintained with tables not wiped down, self serve beverage, utensils was unsanitary and out of two choice selections at the lemonade dispenser.

They had no shredded cheese, got told my brand new gift card had zero balance (just called and checked – it does), and a lady refused to give me cilantro. Is there a secret phrase to get cilantro? Was it her personal cilantro? These questions haunt me at night.
