I entered and said hello I’m here to pick up my order from Too Good To Go. Her response was, ♀️I got the impression that she didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed her the app and then she just started pressing buttons on my phone that confirmed my order. Didn’t explain anything. Only said we don’t get any notifications from the app. And then I said, Oh, I thought you didn’t know what I was talking about. It was just overall bad customer service. Didn’t even explain what pizza I was getting until I had to ask. Ugh. Would never ever spend my money here. Didn’t waste food but definitely wasted my time & money! I personally didn’t love the pizza. A bit too greasy for my taste. Ugh.

Incredibly impressed by the speed of order and pizza cooked to perfection! Not too crispy, perfect thickness, and sauce and cheese were ideal amounts. Asked for a NY style white pizza with LG Cesar salad and left with a full & happy stomach.
This is the first pizza in 5 years since moving that actually transcended our taste buds back to the boroughs of NJ/NYC. *Forgot to snap a photo prior to digging-in but phenomenal when you add both together.

I love pizza, especially mom and pop shop pizza. Rocafella’s pizza is by far the best pizza I have Ever had. If you want the best New York style pizza, this is the place to go. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Mike’s mix on the Coke dispenser was awesome as well. Highly recommend you try Rocafella’s pizza!

We ordered pizza, breadsticks to-go for pick up. And the food was delicious, hot, and ready for pick up at the time they had given us. My partner was obsessed with the marinara sauce that came with breadsticks. The sauce had thick chunks of tomato and tasted fresh.
My only sadness is we had to leave the leftovers behind when we checked out of the hotel, since we planned to spend the day exploring the city and then had a two drive home.

Pizza was very tasty. Nice thin crust, quick service and reasonably priced.
Unfortunate the garlic knots seemed a little undercooked. Too bad!
The restaurant itself needs a little (a lot) of TLC. I would order here but not to dine in again. Sticky chairs/tables, grimy floors, not very well kept. Wish I took a picture of the pizza but it was gone before I thought of it.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Picked them up. The wait was unexpectedly long. The pizzas felt kinda light weight. I’ve lived in the Cincinnati area for almost two years now and this place has come the closest ive been to my favorite NY style pizza. The toppings tasted fresh and the crust was spot on. I think it was the sauce that threw me off a little.
This pizza is very good pizza. Perhaps I’ll never find my favorite of all time which is located in Beavercreek Ohio. It’s called Pizza Dive and it is very expensive.
