I ordered the three for me. I got the Smashburger with mac & cheese, which was fine but then I also ordered a bowl of chicken enchilada that I paid an extra dollar for it to be a Bowl and it’s not even a whole bowl . The pictures down below to show I ordered the chip salsa with queso. They have changed the queso (they informed their customers about this ) and it’s water Down And it doesn’t taste good and when I used to buy it before they changed it You would get it in the bigger container and that was worth $4.70 but not what they gave me today was not worth $4.70. I don’t think I’ll be visiting another Chilis anytime soon. Chilis used to be my number one restaurant now it’s the last place I ever wanna go.

Love this place. I frequent Chili’s. Only knocking em’ down a star because I once had a cold piece of steak on a sizzling fajita plate, and…. because they waaaaay overcharge for a very small side of mediocre guacamole
* Fajitas are still decent. However I usually get r Bacon Chicken Ranch Tequito things, and my wife loves their burger & fries. Which is a fairly priced meal (until you add a side of guac)

Great!! My family and I went to Chili’s after one of my son’s basketball games. We were greeted by the host at the front door, and she was super nice and positive. Usually, when hosts see my family of six (my husband and I and our four sons), they tend to get annoyed, so this was very refreshing—especially since we always ask for two high chairs because two of our sons are toddlers. This host was an absolute joy and didn’t seem annoyed at all by our request. She made sure we were comfortable and greeted us with a warm smile.
Now for our server, Cindy—honestly, we have never received better service anywhere, except on Disney Cruises, where they truly go above and beyond for their guests. For example, on DCL, if they notice you like a certain food item, they’ll make sure it’s at your table the next time or bring refills immediately. Cindy provided that level of service 10,000%.
We ordered the three-sauce dip, and my husband really enjoyed the guacamole—Cindy brought back another bowl just for him. She noticed we were running low on chips and brought more without us asking. When our drinks were low, she offered refills and water, brought extra napkins, and spoke to my boys with genuine kindness and interest, which made them feel seen and special. Every time she walked away, the boys would say, “Wow, she’s really nice.” As we were leaving, their review of the restaurant and service was, “Everyone is so nice here.”
We also spoke with the manager on our way out, and he was very friendly as well. Cindy noticed we were wearing our Bears gear and saw how much we loved the chips, so she sent us home with a bag—and, yes, a small cup of guacamole too.
The food was phenomenal. The smash burger was really good, the enchilada soup was surprisingly great, the Cajun pasta was a hit with our family, and the boys enjoyed everything. You can never go wrong with chips and salsa.
Our family hardly ever goes out to eat due to past experiences, but this was a truly great one, and we are so thankful.

The food was great and came out really fast, Dennis was the one serving us and was super kind and really is a star employee, he was very patient with me and my group when we were deciding what we wanted and was funny at all the appropriate times. My overall experience was 5 stars and mainly because of Dennis.

First pickup order in several years and very disappointed in food quality and service. Our order was not correct and food quality was not good. Big Mouth bites were way overdone, Crispy Chicken was underdone and breaded Mozzarella was not prepared correctly. Guess we’ll wait a few more years before trying again.

The food was not that good and it lacked flavor. The burger also looked like it wasn’t fully cooked and the fries were bland. The service was decent and not bad. The atmosphere was alright, just a bit dark.

Had a mixed grill with pork ribs, hot honey chicken, brisket quesadilla, fries, corn, texas toast and ranch sauce. Best food I had in my 2 week trip to Chicago! Tasted amazing. So messy and there’s no polite way of eating something like this but who’s bothered when it tastes this good!

Server was not skilled in listening or checking in with customers. First saw this at neighboring table and then same at our table. Unfortunately I was seeking a healthy alternative and found only a salad – lettuce, shredded cheese, croutons. Had nachos and salsa at our table – chips a bit stale, salsa watered down. Atmosphere typical of a ’90s chain. Sorry for such a review but I found nothing appealing at this restaurant; I now know why I have not visited a Chili’s in about 20 years.

The 6 oz. sirloin I ordered medium came back well done. I showed our waitress and she was very apologetic. She put in a new order and the next one came out in a completely different cut, much thinner and well done again. Maybe it was an off day but very underwhelmed with the food.
