Before you decide to waste your time and money to order “gourmet” icecream at this place, you may want to reconsider. I went there with a friend of mine for some concrete mix . We ordered a large and a kid size peanut butter concrete. We were charged $17 and some change. The mix was mostly peanut butter and very little ice-cream. Not mixed very well. No receipt, no napkins. Believe me – you can do it better at home . When I called the manager, he offered me to replace it, if I drive back . Which I would not do and waste more of my time . I end up throwing most of it away , because the taste was awful and it was making me sick . He said that we got what we paid for ?!? Like $17 + was not enough. I felt cheated out of my money and mostly cheated out of my good experience. It ruined my whole evening .

I was really disappointed with my experience at PW’s Ice Cream. The customer service was unwelcoming and left me feeling like I was bothering the staff instead of being valued as a customer. On top of that, the strawberry shortcake was poorly presented—it looked rushed and sloppy, nothing like what you’d expect when ordering a dessert that’s supposed to be a treat. For the price, I expected better quality and care both in service and presentation. Definitely not somewhere I’ll be returning anytime soon.

My second time at PW’s. Wife loved her pumpkin ice cream concrete and our daughter wanted another of the Blueberry Milkshakes after she finished hers on the drive home. My strawberry banana smoothie was refreshing. Always a nice place to stop for a frozen treat

Amazing ice cream and sherbet. Was never a fan of sherbet til I had PWs. You can tell their products are made fresh and with high quality ingredients. We consistently make it a point to go out of our way just to get PWs. Keep on keeping on!!

Terrific homemade ice cream. My boss wanted to stop here for their butter pecan ice cream and they happen to be out of it. So I made him try the sugar-free and he said it was pretty good. Truth be told he needs the sugar-free anyway so that was a good thing that happened! Paws is always worth taking a little detour!

Ordered a simple hot fudge Sunday. Very stingy with the hot fudge and ice cream had ice crystals in it. Declined pecans (allergy) but there were bits of pecans in it. Overpriced and poor service demanding a tip.

I was given a burnt waffle cone with actual black charred lining the inside middle portion of the cone. The double scoop of butter pecan ice cream had, at most, 5 pieces of pecan. Quality control was completely off today. I tried to call to communicate this to the staff but no one answered the phone.

Been going to PW for years now and the last few times have been very disappointing. The presentation of my sundae in a cheap thin plastic cup with all my toppings at the bottom of the cup is ridiculous. Also, I dont know what happened to the chocolate ice-cream but it had no flavor. I remember when this place was good.
