As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went to the inside and the person was very busy; so I went to the drive thru and an automated voice took my order. I got a Finish line burger combo. I don’t usually complain but one bite of the burger was enough; it was dry and cold. The special sauce can not save this item on the menu when cold, dry burgers are served up. The fries were hot and passed for the usual fare found at fast food establishments. Hotdogs were mentioned as available on Google maps but this item is not offered.
I must say it will be quite some time before I try a Checkers again.

dont expect anything and you will be surprised….dining room had no napkins, condiments. tried to use the BOGO coupon only to be told by a rather abrupt employee that “that’s not the way the order came through” also i went thru paypal to pay and found out that the order actually processes thru door dash….the burger was terrible..the bun actually fell apart before i could eat it so I just threw it away….used to love checkers, but no more….also…a real person does not take your order, it is done by AI.

When picking up my order tonight the staff seemed nice at first but was incredibly rude overall, they yelled at me throuugh the speaker. Half of the food was dry and cold including the fries which from my experience working in food if you give a customer a cold item that is supposed to be hot it has been in an unsafe window of temperature for too long and leaves it a risk of food born illnesses. I understand people have hard nights, that doesn’t excuse unsafe food handling.

Was ordering cheeseburgers and Denise wants to say “Jesus Christ” through the mic…then I get up to the window and she pretty much pushes the drinks in my hand and shoves the card and straws at me…says move to the parking lot and slams the window. She is so rude and shouldn’t be talking to and treating customers so rudely…I even thanked her right before she slammed the window. Rude lady. Won’t ever be coming back to this location. Spent $60 and got an attitude

If I could rate this checkers negative zero I would. The quality of the meat isn’t real beef. I ordered a big buford and the patty was fake lol looking and tasting. I live to far to return it. The new cheesecake bites looked like vomit inside. I hate to wish bad upon any business so I’ll keep my mouth SHUT DOWN AND CLOSE NOW. I see why a lot of checkers are closing as they should if they’re servicing our communities garbage. Get it together immediately Checkers, we the people, are on to your nastiness. I will never eat at any Checkers ever again.

I wasn’t going to blame Covid because that’s easy to do, but since Covid this establishment has gone DOWN. The hot dog that i received today I would barely categorize it as a hot dog. It was very small and dainty, and GREY. Mind you I barely took a bite of the one in the photo it was actually small & may I add, Pink on the inside. I know pink can be due to chemicals added, but either way it’s unappealing to the eye. The chili that was added on top tasted like straight up bbq sauce with no chili taste. They definitely must have changed the chili since covid or something because it’s not what I remember at all and it wasn’t good. It was also just slapped on one side when made.
I don’t care for the AI bot that takes your order either, I think it leads to lazy workers who don’t know your order because they didn’t take it. I know it’s a fact, but I asked for ranch and the window worker just said “ranch is 54 cents” as a response. McDonald’s doesn’t charge for sauces when you order something and I find it odd I couldn’t have ranch for my loaded fries. It’s not like I ordered ice cream (which they have discontinued btw) and asked for something random like ranch. Do better checkers, no wonder they keep closing locations!
This order was Not worth the $13 I paid.

The manager just charged me for an order I asked to be fixed. I didn’t have money to spend on too much food but she charged me anyway. And didn’t tell me anything and gave me a disgusting drink

The workers clearly don’t want to be here. But I have to hand it to the owners for playing music of Faith here, and sharing thoughts that are good. Perhaps with some more “presence” of certain types of customers: we can help shift who works here as well to people who want to be here. Good luck. This place has been here for something like 30 years.

The food was simply awful and you could tell the grease was really old. Not a good first experience at all. We will not be going to any Checkers in the future.

I so miss having a Checkers around! They have the absolute best fries you’ll ever taste! Great prices, great food, great store and great customer service too! The young man who rang up my order was surprisingly polite, friendly and happy to help us with questions we had and the service was super fast. Even though we had many special requests, they nailed every single order and everything was so good!
