It was well worth the wait! We got 2 spicy chicken Sammy’s and one had light mayo one none… I was pleasantly surprised that they got it right and it was light mayo!! All the employees sounded friendly and did a great job. Really decent fast food. Better than Bridgeton

uhh I got the cinnabon pull apart thinking it was gonna be good, it’s one solid block. hard as a rock. there’s no icing or sauce of any kind on it, it’s dry as a bone. and very burnt on the bottom. I took pictures and video of it but unfortunately I can’t attach them. it’s honestly so disappointing. I tried calling two different Wendy’s to ask about it but neither of their phones seem to work. so that’s cool.

Serving raw chicken sandwiches. I was eating and thought the coolness was from the tomato. Then I looked at the meat and it was raw. Literally feeling like crap right now. I called to let them knkw and they put me on hold and never came back on the phone. NEVER AGAIN!

I’m actually offended at the fact this place hawked day old baconator fries into my order. These pics were taken about 2 minutes after getting our order. Cheese was so cold it was like a carpet on top of the stale cold fries. Rest of the meal was fine, I don’t understand why they cut the corner on the fries.

I stopped in on my way to work today. It was not busy. I pulled into the drive thru. I had 1 car in front of me and 1 at the window. I didn’t get acknowledgement of sitting there till the car in front of me was greeted. That should have been my sign. But I ordered the $8 double jbc deal. I asked for no onions no mayo. Can’t see the screen to know if it was put in right. Mind you I know it should not come with onions anyways but I like to be sure since I’m allergic to them. I got to work and my fries were not in the bag and my sandwiches had mayo and onion. I went back to my car to look for the receipt and no luck. I thought maybe it was in the bag and I missed it. Nope. So here I am where I had to buy a second lunch and give away food because I have to work and don’t have a way to prove that I paid for a meal they messed up fully. Do not stop there. Find another one. Eat a different place. I will not go back there.

I’m standing here in this store and there are 7 people working. I waited 10 minutes in the drive though and it didn’t move. 2 cars left during that wait. I parked the car to go inside with the hopes it would be fast and it’s not. I ordered a large chili at 12:48 and it’s 12:58.. And still no chili. (Got chili at 1:03 pm ) Watching this crew you can see no teamwork at all. I will say they know how to stay in their specific positions but they can’t process orders with any efficiency at all. 2 people on register, 1 manager, 1on fryer, 1 on drinks, 1 on sandwiches, 1 was on break but came back. He’s also on fryer now for French fries. Floor is dirty. They need better training. Terrible teamwork

The service Wendy’s I come here pretty infrequently when I’m at work. Wendy’s usually takes their time to make your food they are what I call the slowest the fast food change. Today I’ll ever they made me a Dave’s sandwich which had raw meat throughout. Luckily I have an air fryer. I tried to place a survey on their website and app It could not work so now I’m placing it here
