The food was abysmal. The complimentary salsa was made with ketchup, the queso was microwaved American cheese, and the red sauce on the burrito tasted like V8 sauce.

I ordered online pick up, which was fairly easy to do. At the restaurant, the host was kinda of oblivious to people as they walked in. Didn’t say hi or anything, granted it seemed like she was the only person at the stand, but there were only 3 folks in line. Took 10 minutes to grab my order that was sitting at the counter. Food was not worth the price at all. I got a Milanese chicken torta with the slimmest, driest, most burnt piece of chicken ever. And it was around $15 which really disappointed me.

Out of a 5 I give Morazan a 3.5, but I rounded it up. The restaurant was clean and the servers were nice. The service was a little slow on how long it took us to get our food. There are no refillable drink, so if your really thirsty get a glass of water as well. I got the Pollo Frito (Fried Chicken), which was good, just a little dry. The beans were my favorite part to be honest.

This place would get 0 stars cause the customer service is trash. They look at you if you are foreign if you look American…ain’t that something. They are not friendly at all and the service is slow. I understand this is a Hispanic restaurant but please have someone speak English since yall are located in an English speaking city. They look real imitated if you don’t look like them. Archdale location. Please work on how to serve all types of customers.
