I am new to the city. Travelled out of my way to come here for lunch. The atmosphere is welcoming, quality of food is spectacular, and service is beyond what I expected.
I enjoyed a service with masala tea, chili momo, paneer saag and garlic naan made fresh to order.

My experience at Everest was wonderful. My daughter and I ordered the Chili Momo Combo and the Goat Nepali Thali, which was more than enough for both of us. The momos were the perfect spice level for us at mild to medium, and the varied elements of the Nepali Thali were all delicious. We especially enjoyed the goat curry, lentils, and potatoes- all so well-spiced and amazing. Service was great and the atmosphere was cozy. Overall, Everest provided a memorable, unique, and absolutely delectable experience that I highly recommend.

We stopped here while passing through Lexington on a recent trip. We liked it so much we drove an extra 3 hours one day on our way back so we could end our day in Lexington to eat here again! My husband had the tandoori chicken both times which he said was some of the best he has had (and this is his go to dish he orders at every Indian restaurant). I tried the Nepalese Vegetable Jhol Momos which had absolutely delicious spicing and paneer naan which was extra special. The chai was some of the best I have had and I am a chai snob. On the second trip I had saag paneer with medium heat. It was nicely spiced and pretty hot but perfect for me. The staff were friendly and attentive. From time to time we find ourselves in Lexington and we will 100% be eating here again.

I had an amazing experience at Everest Nepalese and Indian Cuisine. Even though I was dining by myself, the staff made me feel very welcome and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great experience.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything I ordered was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The spices were balanced really well, and you can tell the dishes are made with care and authenticity. It’s one of those places where every bite stands out.
The portions were great, the presentation looked awesome, and the staff was helpful with recommendations. It’s not always easy to find a place where both the food and the service are this good, but they definitely delivered.
I’d easily give them 5 out of 5 stars. If you’re in the Lexington area and want great Nepalese and Indian food, I highly recommend checking this place out. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Family visited for a birthday. Food was excellent. We were there for dinner but I am told their buffet is where it is at! Service was a little off but they were busy and maybe short of staff (flu season). We will visit again in the future.

My husband and I went for the first time today. The food was amazing. The chili momos just what I imagined and even better! Butter chicken was great and my husband said his lamb curry was melt in your mouth with perfect spice level. Garlic naan was great. And I got a lassi, I went in blind not really knowing what it was other than a mango drink and was really surprised by how creamy it was! Definitely recommend and will be back!
