Employees taking orders were so hurried they gave my friend the wrong drink. How do you hear fanta when someone says rootbeer? Coming from someone that used to work at a chick fil as a teenager and has eaten at Chick fil a’s more times than I’d like to admit ….This is the worst chick fil a branch of the Franchise. They make so many mistakes on orders and don’t even try to make it right. Drivers bring late and cold food when delivering farther out. Don’t say “my pleasure” charge $4.99 for delivery even though deliveries are less than 200 feet away from their building. Just so irritating and disappointing that they try to represent a well known For their service and food franchise. Do better or Best Calallen Chick Fil A.

For the most part I really enjoy eating the food here and I’ve never had a bad experience from customer service and i actually used to work here. But last night me and my boyfriend got food, I had the nuggets…and early morning on Christmas Eve today I woke up with food poisoning . This is my 3rd time throughout the years getting food poisoning and I’m sorry but I just can’t eat it anymore. I just wanted to write this review to just let yall know to tell your employees to please please pleaseeee wash their hands I know you can’t monitor everything they do but just let them be aware. Me and the wife came during the lunch rush. It was packed and busy. But the service was faster than we expected. As soon as we sat down, they had already brought us our food. Me and the wife ordered the number one (chicken sandwich) deluxe. Had lettuce, tomato, and cheese on it. The wife got pepper jack cheese and I got colby jack cheese. We spent $20.24 for both of us to dine in. We were both a little disappointed in the fact that our cheese was cold and not melted onto the patty (most Chick-fil-A’s normally do this) but this wasn’t too much of a problem. We ate our sandwiches and the patties were still delicious and hot. Waffle fries were perfectly salted as always. All in all, the service was the fastest I’ve seen during the lunch rush. I’d be back again. Please take a little extra time to melt the cheese next time and we will raise this review up a star. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!
