We stopped on a Friday evening hoping to get tasty treats. Very disappointing. The parking lot lights were not working. The site sign was nit lit up not working either and the outside lights mounted on the building were strobing like a haunted house. They were understaffed with only one person and extremely slow. We did the drive thru and the order speaker kept squealing with horrible feedback. Then they were out of glazed donuts so we ordered some variety of other kinds which most of what we were given was stale and dry. If you hadn’t told me they were Krisoy Kreme I would have thought it was a janky bakery going out of business. The whole experience was terrible. I’m not a picky person but it really was bad and I feel we wasted our money.

I visited the store with the hopes of taking some nurses at the VA hospital some hot donuts on Thanksgiving morning. So my surprise, I was overcharged for one box of donuts, +3 donuts extra. The total came up to $24 which was way too much. When I asked for a receipt, I was not provided one. Also, the donuts that I received tastes like the donuts from the night before they were still, and they were not fresh. Seems like they had sit on the shelf for a while. I was too far away to turn back. My advice to you is to check your receipt and make sure that it’s correct and if you’re going early in the morning, open the box up and make sure that you’re getting fresh donuts because this location does not serve fresh donuts, especially in the morning. This is my personal experience with this location.

Love Krispy Kreme donuts, but our experience at this location was mixed. We went inside to order, then placed an order through the app while waiting and weren’t sure about drive-through pickup. When we pulled up to ask, the employee was rude, both at the speaker and when we went back inside. We were happy to walk in and just needed clarification. Great donuts, but customer service could definitely be better.

Got an original Kreme filled and there wasn’t any cream in it. It’s like they put the filler inside to make a hole but didn’t squeeze it to let any icing out. With each bite I took, I hoped for some cream but it never came.

Sorry don’t like negative reviews. Went in the day this one opened asked for a Cinnamon Roll and was told abruptly we have never had a Cinnamon Roll. Now 2026 There is advertising for a Cinnamon roll. Just got it. It is a Honey Bun. I give.

Nobody in drive thru when I arrived to pick up my order today at 430 pm.. I went inside Just left there got a mixed dozen and free glazed dozen . The chocolate creme filled donuts are hard and stale. Very little creme filling. Barely had any inside I ordered 3 cinnamon roll got 2 ordered 3 cinnamon apple got 4. The cinnamon roll was decent. The cinnamon apple was dry. The glazed are cold and dry This is the second time I’ve gotten stale creme filled chocolate frosted donuts from this store. No answer when I called twice. Poor quality must’ve sat all day at least. Extremely disappointed. I’ve only been there twice thought I’d give them another chance this second time. Im done. Old donuts high price. No wonder you get a free dozen.You can do better than this. Not the Krispy Kreme I remember.

I visited Krispy Kream on Veterans Parkway in Jeffersonville Indiana on 01/02/2026. When I arrived I was greeted at the drive thru with “can I take your order?” I asked for two dozen donuts and then I was advised that Krispy Kream, a donut shop, was out of donuts. I asked what donuts they had available and the employee said none (not even plain glaze). He told me to try again in a few hours. I came back 5 hours later and was told again that the donut shop didn’t have any donuts. They said they wouldn’t have any donuts until they found a driver for the truck. I then left with no donuts. I returned on 01/08/2026 after receiving an official email from Krispy Kreme with a barcode to scan for $2 dozen with the purchase of a dozen. The bar code says to scan for in store purchase. The manager told me at the drivethru that they are not able to scan anything and that he would not be giving me the second dozen for$2 as the email stated. I showed the email and barcode to the employee who claimed to be the manager. He said there is no way for the to scan anything and they can not over ride any price. Very poor customer service. I would probably not return to this location. Three visits to this location this year each being a disappointment. Between not having a single donut for 24 hours to not honoring barcodes/promo codes provided by Krispy Kreme is ridiculous. Very negative experience.

Three tiny donuts for $8.11 and the guy in the drive thru was the MOST rude person I have encountered lately! Most locally-owned donut shops offer bigger donuts at a cheaper price than this now overrated chain. Will not patronize any longer.
