After paying for my food, I sat another 13 minutes before I received my food. That’s right 19:34 to be exact!! I have pictures of my phone timer connected to my car, because my husband happened to call as I pulled up to the restaurant— to verify how long this took. All I ordered was a Spaghetti with Meatballs meal with a slice of pizza and a coke for my teenager! It’s almost as if they had to go pick it up from elsewhere to give it me. …and to add insult to injury the cashier was as RUDE as they come. No customer service at all but as she handed my food to me made sure to smirk a, “Thank You!”Just absurd. People don’t have to eat at this restaurant you know!!
One positive is the food was hot ….even though my breadsticks were over cooked.
1) Corporate switched from Coke to Pepsi. That was a mistake, but minor, right?
2) Pizza recipe changed to something horrid with thin crust and low dough volume.
3) Our pizza was not cooked all the way through.
4) We did not get serving utensils with our family meal.
5) I watched a customer rummage through the lower cabinets to find his own medium drink lid and restock the lids for other guests.
6) The four tables around us were not cleared during the duration of our meal (30 minutes).
7) Some employees were not wearing name tags or Fazolis gear to identify themselves.
On the plus side, the front counter was relatively clean. And the order process was simple and easy. But something’s lacking with basic customer service. (Whatever happened to Yotam? He was a great server!)
