9 o’clock PM on a Saturday night and nobody’s answering the drive-thru speaker!! Pull up to the window to see if they were open…some dirty looking guy comes and asks the girl standing behind him all up in her phone to even notice us sitting at the window and she says, yeah. He then says, you’re going to have to go back to the speaker. For what?! We’re the only car in the drive-thru.
Hard Pass cause y’all must not have wanted to make money that night! As we’re leaving another car is pulling up…wonder if they were served.

I was the only one inside the restaurant. No exaggeration. No one else was inside the restaurant and I placed my order on the kiosk and wanted to pay at the counter waited 15 min every worker walked right passed me. I heard the lady yell what is she waiting on and some other guy yelled “I don’t know”. I can see if there was other people inside and there were busy but I was the ONLY ONE and couldn’t get served or even greeted. I left and went to Chick-fil-A. They would never.

Quick hotcakes to go for the kiddos was super helpful. The staff was friendly and efficient. I chose to go inside to avoid the longer drive-through. It was a great choice to speed up the process. Great service, clean, and welcoming.

Was served a significantly undercooked burger. What a cool thing to discover at home. Really glad i spent 11$ on it only to get home and be disgusted by it. I will be by tomorrow at my convenience to get my money back. This is ridiculous. This location is constantly serving old food or undercooked rushed orders.

Please be careful…. It may not seem like nothing but I asked for a 5 dollar bundle meal the automatically upcharge me 20 cents for a medium which I did not ask for it’s on my receipt and it’s kind of weird that everything is small fries erector McDouble but yet it says medium fruit punch 20 cents up charge Yes $0.20 may not seem too much but if they keep doing this to a lot of people and not realizing it they’re making more profit I’m just saying always ask for your receipt and look the kind of funny when I was at the screen and they said pull around $0.20 I didn’t ask for a medium they just automatically gave it to me and still charged me for it shame on you.

Worst experience ever at a mcdonalds….3 people in line myself being one. 25 mi years we t by before someone came to ask what are you ordering, not sorry for the delay or how can I help you! For 25 minutes the only served drive thru, as the argued and fussed with each other as they served drive thru…come to find out to their defense their POS system failed, however no one related that Info to the 3 people in line. The only reason we stayed was hu ger of course, once we got a chance to order we did, however when we were ser ed we all received the wrong orders. I can’t make this up!! We the. Waited close to 10 min. again before we got our correct orders..smh. 0 out of 10 on service and communication

When through drive thru for my Grinch meal. Waited in line 15mins. I probably would have enjoyed my Grinch fries if they wasn’t half cooked and soggy . Of course I didn’t have time to go back for cooked fries seeing how it was my lunch break. Disappointed. So basically $12 plus tax for socks. McDonald’s do better for your lunch customers

Very rude service starting with management… Sharice and then staff. After 41 mins of waiting in drive thru for mobile order .. said was making fresh yet received the driest burgers will be disputing. No receipt given for neither mobile orders.

What in the world???? Ordered a double cheese burger and a hot fudge sundae. On 12/4/23 around 8:45 pm. Got home. The bread on the sandwich was totally stale. Hard! None of the two cheese slices had melted. Sandwich looked unedible. I just threw it away. Opened the utensils for my sundae. I was given a fork! Ugh!!!! Why is it such a challenge for staff and the management to just do their jobs and take pride in doing it well????? I just threw away the sundae too.
