Very kind employees! It was also very clean, which means good managment. I would go as far to say that I trust this location with my LIFE. If I was drowning and I needed a team to come save me, I would choose this location’s work force. Going back to the enviorment, the cows on the walls filled me with a sense of joy only a newborn feels. I would reccomend this to anyone. If you die without coming to this location, you wasted your life. 5/5 stars. One of the cows is pictured with this review. Perhaps it’s name is ben. Or jerry.

I mean it’s a cool place with yummy ice cream how can it not get five stars? They must actually really dig in to customer service here, although all the staff has turned out to be very young and likely to be ride in fact they have been outstanding. We go here often because of the products obviously but it makes a lot easier to keep going back because of the staff being kind.

Ben & Jerry’s in Chattanooga is amazing! Once you walk in, your nose is on a flavor trip.. and with the various cones to add flavor to your scoops, or their shakes, or even their sundaes.. everything is just how’d you imagine your favorite freezer item brand being in a store! I highly recommend y’all!

Will and Giovanni killed it at serving us ice cream! It was a great time. 10/10 they should rename this place Will&Gi’s because they put Ben & Jerry to shame. Also Will has been working out and it shows.
