They ran out of the fresh beef for the quarter pounder so they tried to pass off the cheeseburger meat instead. Everytime I come here it’s a negative experience. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get a grip on their property

I never write reviews this probably will be my only review for a long time but this location is seriously something else I am a frequent customer through the app in many locations with working all over and always picking up doubles for work so this is My second time ordering dinner from this location breakfast hasn’t really been an issue but I order through the app because I order my food a specific way for instance I order a McChicken with extra pickle on it and extra mayonnaise or I’ll order a McDouble with no pickle and extra onion because I like the way they cut the onion well tonight I ordered a few different things because I ordered for multiple people I ordered what I normally order which is the hot and spicy McChicken with extra mayo and extra pickle I ordered two McDoubles with extra onion no pickle and I ordered extra sauces and a milkshake and a smoothie and a McFlurry I figured check the bag make sure all the sandwiches are there they were well then they forgot to put one of the of the chicken nuggets because I got two of the meal deals so when in rectified that and they gave me a six-piece nugget drove to the location I’m currently at and went to open the sandwiches Will they gave me two McDoubles with big pieces of onion all over it called the restaurant they said can you come back we’ll fix it so then they did exactly what they were supposed to and chopped up the onion like really small gave me that come back and I did not check the McChicken this McChicken had no chance of being in it was so hard from sitting for so long that I couldn’t even eat it and here’s the pictures they didn’t give me straws for the drinks so I had to find them in my house like I said I am a frequent customer of McDonald’s because I travel and I work all over and I work long hours it’s just easier for me to order something and I like getting the points because I have a lot of points but this location needs to really do better The attitude of the management when she was fixing the McDoubles was horrible so I wasn’t about to call and tell her that the McChicken was so hard that it’s not edible and then the time before this they had messed up and not have given me all my food so I called and they fixed that but the attitude of that was not met with a proper customer service like it was almost out of annoyance and everything I’m sorry but your employees are the ones messing up not me I paid for something in turn I want what I pay for but I’m just to the point where this location is not going to get my money I am over being treated like I’m the problem in the situation of horrible service and food

Poor service. Took too long. When they took our order through the window they seem to be laughing about us or I’m not sure why. Had to repeat my self. The food was too greasy and the bun see to be old. And it was incomplete. I think they should check their people before letting someone work there.

Horrible waited over 30 minutes for curbside. Finally went in. Food was sitting on counter. 3 people standing there and then didn’t believe it was my food. My milkshakes were melted and whipped cream was melted completely. fries and food were cold.

Receipt printers at the kiosks always seem to be broken and if you select take-out, you cannot change your decision without restarting the order. Cheapest menu item is now $3 while most meals are now >$10

Ordered two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. One with Extra pickles and lettuce, that one had no pickles, lettuce and tomatoes which I didn’t even ask for. The other spicy chicken sandwich was supposed to have lettuce and pickles, got barely any lettuce and literally no spicy sauce so it wasn’t even a chicken sandwich. Also we sat at the window for ten minutes just for them to get our entire order completely wrong. You guys suck.

Had to wait for 30,40 minutes in drive thru for picking up mobile app order on Friday. Rude employees specially one with glasses do not know whether it’s a boy or girl. Don’t ever go to this location.

Was in drive thru lane 1 and got skipped over multiple times for Lane 2. Person taking order was extremely slow. Then had to pull up and wait for food. All in it was 30 minutes total for “fast” food.

Waited 22 minutes for a mobile order and when I called the store to see what was going on the staff said “I’m about to bring it out now”. So my question to the staff member was “will my food still be warm, or should I request a refund?” And they said “why wouldn’t it be warm?” MA’AM it’s been 22 minutes what do you mean?

Staff member brought out the food, clearly irritated at me questioning his complete lack of customer service or service recovery.

So glad I don’t live in this area dealing with these nasty people who clearly don’t take their jobs seriously.
