Ordered 2 lightly browned steak biscuits. What I received was lukewarm, extra brown, hard biscuits. The steak was also well done and dried out! Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back as I have to get to work! This is the 3rd time that I have received unacceptable food from this Hardee’s! I would give no stars if possible!

This was hands down the best Hardee’s experience we’ve ever had. We were traveling through with our dog and wanted some fries. Sam, Garrett, and Richard were fantastic. The service, food, and overall everything was exceptional. The dining room even looked great. I highly recommend if you’re in the area, stop in and see them. You won’t be disappointed. Thank y’all. You all did a great job!

This is really a lost art of fire grilling a burger. I don’t know why we would choose MacDonald’s over this. It taste better and is better for your heart. Give it a try if you haven’t had it in a while, maybe you will go back to the way it should have been all along. Thanks Hardee’s for turning my head in the right direction.

As you can see from my reviews I rarely give a fast food place 5 stars, but after stopping here for lunch today (Sept 6, 2018 about 2pm) I am must say it was a pleasant surprise.
I ordered the #8 which is the 1/4 lb Thickburger with fries and drink. I usually order the Frisco burger or the Thickburger, and they’re usually just average, usually been sitting for a but and mushy, etc, but this burger today was freshly made, and I know because I saw it being made, and it was made just right, fresh tomatoes, onions and lettuce, and burger wasn’t dry and bread wasn’t soggy. Burger patty was hot and veggies were cold like they’re supposed to be.
I’m not much of a french fry eater but I was hungry so I got a small fry. Again, they were fresh and piping hot, and tasted great.
I let the manager and other employees talk me into getting the Froot Loops donuts, and at first I was like “I like froot loops but I dunno about them as donuts ” but the other employees assured me I would love them, and man I’m glad I listened. I love these things!
So the place was clean and well maintained, all of the condiments, napkins, straws and everything were well stocked, coke had lots of fizz, etc.
As far as customer service and professionalism, this place takes the cake. I have been to thousands of fast food restaurants and done reviews on hundreds, and I wish every fast food place had a crew like this. I was served by a female manager and an employee named Tara, these ladies were awesome. Helped me decide on my meal choice and also suggested the donuts, and were very professional, courteous and friendly. As a matter of fact, every employer there on this shift was smiling, looked and acted professional.
I am seriously impressed. Promote everyone here and move them to all the surrounding Hardee’s and let them show other crews how it’s done!

Attalla, AL. Flame-broiled bacon cheeseburger was great! Sweet, welcoming servers behind the counter got the order right (no ketchup or tomato for Steve, ever). Jazlynn was nice but even better was the fun redhead with greenish braids who welcomed us in.
Country music played overhead. Clean dining area, good iced tea, fries were ok (see photo) but the real star is the servers. The flame-broiled flavor was great, too. They didn’t skimp on the bacon.
I swore off Hardee’s 31 years ago when I was pregnant and a Hardee’s commercial on tv triggered my morning sickness. Stupid reason I know but back then they weren’t flame broiled. This was in Nebraska.
Now that Carls, Jr. bought Hardee’s and improved the burgers I might become a fan.

First off, Richard was awesome. He was working the register and making food in the back. Problem was, we stood at the counter waiting to order for 8 minutes or more until Richard came out of the bathroom. We were the only customers in the building. The other 2 women proceeded to ignore us the entire time. Didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Then our order was messed up and upon returning the items back to the counter, was met with a harsh attitude from the blonde girl that was working. After correcting the order, the 2 women behind the counter proceeded to voice their opinion on what had just happened. The blonde girl was even saying curse words loud enough for us to hear it out on the floor. Not very professional on their behalf.
