The manger does NOT speak english well,
I ordered chicken from Popeyes and it was honestly unacceptable. The chicken was old, dry, and had a strong off smell and taste. When I opened it up, the meat looked gray and stringy instead of fresh, and the texture was rubbery. This was not freshly cooked food. The fries were so old they were hard and full of grease so distasteful!
I could not even finish eating it because I was worried about getting sick. For the price and the reputation Popeyes has, this is disappointing and concerning. Food quality and freshness should be non negotiable. Also we paid for 2 pies and did not receive neither one of the pies!
I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, and I hope management takes food safety and quality control more seriously. Or I will contact the BBB next…

This Popeyes awful because they didn’t give me the right stuff. I didn’t get my 2pc signature chicken and just gave me sides that I completely didn’t want like I was supposed to get 2 mashed potatoes and 2 red beans and rice and what I got 3 mashed potatoes, 1 Mac and cheese and 1 red beans and rice I tried calling back twice but no answer but probably because they are already closing down but I’m hoping when I go back tomorrow morning and get a refund

Popeyes is always hit or miss… they have incredible chicken WHEN ITS FRESH (literally my favorite fast food chicken sandwichs and fried chicken) but for some reason they have zero issues selling old, stale, dry…end of the bucket chicken. So we literally make bets if its going to be a good or bad chicken night. We either get an incredible batch of spicy chicken sandwiches and fried chicken… or ones that look like they were made two days prior and sitting out all day. Need to up their standards, focus on consistent quality and not sell it when it gets to that point.

Went in today 2/2/26 around 5:15 pm I was immediatly greeted by very welcoming workers and even given a free drink for having to wait for fresh food! I have to admit they always have great food quality and service but today was above and beyond for sure the 2 guys cashiering were really on top of it. Will for sure be coming back

I went there to get food for the family, 3 ghost pepper chicken sandwiches. We only got 2 and they were the regular ones. Also the strawberry biscuit didn’t even have a strawberry on it. The biscuit was hard as a rock in the bottom. My rewards code from the receipt isn’t even working either. Which sucks because now I can’t get points to make up for the messed up order and get free stuff.

OVERALL it was good. Quick drive through service. The young man who took my order was very pleasant and polite. I used a coupon so the price was reasonable. The only problem was I didn’t get my money’s worth because I was given a bunch of thighs and legs when I paid for mixed chicken. We like Breast’s and wings more than thighs .

Walked in around 3 no waiting and lobby was empty. Greeted right away with friendly service. Ordered the 5 piece original chicken meal that with 2 sides and 2 biscuits for dine in. Unfortunately they were out of legs at the time so I grabbed another thigh instead. Food was hot fresh and very satisfying. My $9.99 coupon made it even that much more better.
Lobby was a lil messy though could have used some picking up. It remained unkept the whole time I was there.

Just left this store moments ago. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my 55 years. The manager on duty doesn’t speak any English whatsoever. She had the nerve to yell and scream at me in Spanish through the drive-thru window when it was her error and her employees errors and which I had to come back to the store three separate times and still did not receive resolution. She was so highly disrespectful and so out of line and the employees that are working there currently have no idea what to do. Took me over an hour to try to get my order replaced and they still didn’t do it. Again I made three separate trips to the restaurant and as of this moment I still have no food and they could care less.

Inside was clean! There were plenty of employees, but the wait for food was long food was terrible we both ordered lunch one ordered nuggets and then a three piece chicken with fries. Will. Ever eat there again.
