I’ve ordered online and in person. The food always comes out fresh and hot. I typically order in the evenings. The delivery orders are really good too. Really happy with evening shift food! I complimented them in person but wanted to post a good review because I’ve had great experiences every time.

Employees were polite but incredibly overworked. I ordered through the mobile app and my order was skipped. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got the attention of an employee to bring me my food. I understand this is fast food and located right in the hood too but there needs to be more employees to help out so that the lines can move faster.

the food is good enough for a burger king, but the last time i came to this establishment a man came up to me and uppercut me with a double jr whopper with extra pickles. it didn’t really hurt but it interrupted my burger eating. it was baffling. where did he come from. he disappeared immediately after i was hit

This location has it’s good days and bad. The store is not in the best location but I know they make a ton of money. You might get harassed for money or food. I would not recommend eating inside with homeless/drug activity. The drive thru takes forever sometimes due to people ordering inside, the staff can be friendly or annoying. I love the store hours and the food is always fresh.

I’ve grabbed Whoppers and fries from this Burger King a few times on late-night runs, and it’s your typical fast-food spot—open till 2 AM (6 AM start on Mondays), drive-thru moves decently when not slammed, and prices are unbeatable (Whopper meal under $8). The Impossible Whopper is solid for veggie options, and the app makes ordering easy if you’re avoiding the line.
That said, it’s frustrating more often than not. Service is hit-or-miss: slow even when empty, and staff can be rude or disengaged (Yelp user: “They act like you’re bothering them just to order”). Cleanliness is the biggest issue—sticky floors, trashed tables, and bathrooms that look like they haven’t been touched in days (Restaurantji: “Very dirty inside, wait was long”). Delivery through DoorDash is unreliable too, with complaints about cold food or missing items.
Online feedback backs it up: Yelp averages 1.8 stars from 20+ reviews (folks call it “should be better than it is” but gripe about attitude), Restaurantji has 189 mixed ratings (2.5/5, praising value but slamming rudeness and waits), and Tripadvisor echoes the “easy spot but nothing special” vibe with low scores for service. MapQuest locals note the convenient location but warn about the chaos.
Bottom line: Fine for a quick, cheap bite if you’re in Druid Heights and desperate, but expect poor service and a messy spot. Better options nearby in Baltimore for the same price.

So I was at the drive through and the young lady had a very funky nasty attitude even when answering the speaker at the drive through. The speaker was really messed up and hard hearing. I stopped by the drive through it was hard hearing her speak and she was yelling because we ask her to repeat herself so she started really going off when I kindly ask her for some respect she was very disrespectful fussing and me and my passenger was both provoked by her demeanor. As a customer you should not feel the need/ be put in a position to be arguing with a worker. I asked to speak to the manager to complain about how her worker was being, and as a customer me and my passenger bother felt provoke with how she went about everything and to the point she over talking her manager being rude and kept cutting his both off from talking. We requested if we can just come around the window because of the broken speaker/ intercom. The staff definitely needs to be investigated for tampering with people food their . I would not put it passed them . If I could get a negative rating below zero I would. Definitely was not one of the worst customer service/ experience as a customer. The worker refused to serve us which she did us a favor even after the heated exchange she was still going off being disrespectful cussing yelling. Terrible management/ staff. Would never plain on coming back again. It’s really sad because of the neighbors who live in the area do not feel comfortable with getting food from there. The little girl who was at the window had to be 18 to 20 light skin with dye in her head and did not have on a hair net she was not presentable do to lack of customer service and it’s really said her hair was all over the place messed up and really picking with people who customers. These place is thee worst and they do not honor discount/ coupons on deals . I would do not consider this a place/ establishment. The little girl hair was all over the despite having on a hat. I been in customer service for over 20 plus years and I have working/ already have my quarters for retirement. The girl seem pretty violated and looking for drama/ starting drama. This all took place on 09/5/25 hours between 8-9 pm
Anytime the squeegee boys show you more respect, it’s a problem. The amount of disrespect at this location

This place was dirty. As you see in my photos tables have not been washed off food on the floor and they have not dusted and God knows how long. I will never visit this place again. And not to mention I ordered the impossible burger and it was a regular Whopper, there was nothing vegetarian about that burger, this is a sham.

My wife and I were on our way home from a visit to the arts district today when our bus broke down near this burger king. My wife was menstruating and needed a bathroom desperately. Let me first qualify myself before I continue. I am a 50 yr old business man and she is a 42 yr old homemaker. We have 7 children, 9 grandchildren, and DO NOT use drugs or alcohol. I am 1/16 american indian, she is 1/32 African American… We are not prejudiced and identify as members of the only race: HUMAN.
I bought a special using a coupon for us to share. Told the girl who waited on me it was “for here” and paid my total. My wife asked her to please unlock the bathroom for her and headed to the restroom. The door was still locked. I politely asked the girl again… She appeared to push a button on the wall, but my wife said it didn’t unlock. The girl proceeded to ignore me and wait on the next customer. When she was done with the transaction, I explained the situation and was told “oh well. It must be broke”. My food was brought in a to go bag and no tray. I took it to the table. Couldn’t find a clean table so I returned to ask for a tray when I spotted a man dressed in a better uniform than the others. I asked him if he was a manager and he said “yes, why”? I replied, “Sir. Could you please help my wife – she is locked out of the bathroom and really needs to use it” He said. “too bad, it’s broken”. I asked if she could use the men’s room instead to which he replied “it’s out of order”. Exasperated, I sat down and began to eat my food and comfort my wife. Near the end of the meal, a black gentleman came in and asked to ise the bathroom. They told him that the men’s room was out of order. He said. “well can I use the women’s room, please? There’s nobody in here”. They pushed the button and unlocked the door for him. On his way out my wife said, “sir, please hold the door for me” she was able to relieve herself, but we don’t know what to think about the treatment we received. We were polite and respectful. I snapped a picture of the manager, the girl who waited on me, and my receipt as I was leaving. SHAME ON THEM, they would never be treated in this way by my business!

This morning two beautiful angels were so gracious and nice to my family this morning through the drive through. My daughter enjoys handing them my debit card so I let her to that and the Burger King staff was so welcoming, resulting in my daughter sharing that today was her BDAY. They took the card & returned it back quickly sharing that the meal was on the house. How awesome, but that was not all. They gave her a crown and a toy. She was estatic and soooo happy. Then…a young lady handed my daughter some money. I’m a bit old skool so I thought ” awww she gave her a dollar, at most maybe 2 bucks”. My daughter was even more ecstatic. So we drive off and I hear my daughter say “Mommy, I have 16 dollars.” Sure enough, this morning the staff at Burger King not only blessed us with a breakfast but also gave my daughter $16 for her bday! S/O to the staff at the W. NORTH ave Burger King!
