after a long day of work, I pulled into the drive-through line to order and Jake was on the line. What a delight it was to hear such a welcoming person who genuinely wanted to make others feel good. I cannot begin to explain how amazing it was to hear such a kind person take my order, even if it was as simple as asking if I needed any hot sauce. He was truly amazing.

I am regularly using Taco Bell in different locations, But this exact location is just terrible: Always waiting more than 20 min (Both inside or in Drive through). If you have not enough employees, or those who works in this location are so slow, then U need to hire people able to work. The Majority of Personnel are too Mean and irresponsible its like they are hired while They’re walking nearby and no one talked no one checked and no one instructed accordingly. Overall…This exact Taco Bell is just a big hit to the reputation of This Chain.

The manager here, I believe is “miss patty”, she has been rude to a worker coming in and left. Then a young customer asked for fresh fries because they were soft and she told him ” I cant understand what your asking and look me in my eyes when you talk to me”. Jesus what a mean old lady. Someone came in to ask if she’s hiring and patty responded by reciting the Taco Bell website. Then asked if she’s worked for Taco Bell before and the lady said no but in Massachusetts I worked at McDonald’s. Pam then said where in Massachusetts and told the lady idk where that is and I lived there. Like who cares. Be nice. Do better.

I’ve been waiting forever for my order. This place takes years to prepare food. The team clearly has poor coordination and no sense of urgency. Total chaos behind the counter, no organization at all. Everyone here is visibly frustrated and angry waiting for their orders. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell. Would not recommend.

I hate doing this review because I am a manager at a fast food myself and I know how rush things can be. This is un acceptable. Yall are playing with plp food and hard earn money. First is the packing for the uber eats literally they throw every in one bag all together without labeling it. The queso chips were warmer than the tacos itself. One thing I said make the food like you would eat it. I know yall got bags to put them food in. Instead of just throwing it in there like that. I ordered my box I didnt get a box or a separate bag just everything throwing in there and cold. So I don’t understand why wasn’t it properly packaged. I understand food gets cold when its delivered but I know taco bell is not broke or cant afford bags to package a 50$ meals.
