Yesssssss and yeeeeessss! I absolutely love this place!!!! I am typica breakfast person but I love a good brunch to start my day. The moment I saw red velvet waffle I was SOLD. Our server was super sweet and the cook really poured his heart into the food. That red velvet cupcake was EVERYTHING (no syrup). It was so light and fluffy. I also ordered bacon, scrambled eggs and hash (which gravy on top). The food was so good and felt like it was made straight from my grandmother’s kitchen

We have gone to this restaurant atleast 5 times over the last few years. The servers are always so kind. The food is always nice and fresh. If there is a wait it’s never been more than 20 minutes. I enjoy going when I want a hearty meal. We get grits with bacon and cheese and also biscuits and gravy. Everything is always correct on the ticket.

Family diner feel. Service was exceptional. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Sausages were not so great. Tennessee Pride? Waffle was thick and chewy. No crisp edges. A knife was needed to cut and eat the waffle. Very disappointed. Would like to try other items on the menu.

We were looking for somewhere new to eat breakfast. Cup & Saucer had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly, and it was a great experience from that point on. Our server was amazing. I took her suggestion and tried the red velvet waffle, and hubby ordered the philly cheese omlet. The restaurant has a country, homey feel. I noticed some of the customers were regulars because the staff knew their names. We enjoyed our food very much and are happy to have come across it.

Attempted to place phone order on December 27th and was welcomed by a very rude employee. It would have been my 2nd time ordering here after my husband suggested that we try this place. We walked in a fews prior and was able to order and we received great service and food. So of course I wanted to go back again. However, upon returning/calling in for what I thought was going to be a wonderful 2nd experience, I was, instead greeted with hostility, impatience and disrespect. The woman who answered the call was immediately agitated upon ordering. She told me to slow down repeatedly while I was attempting to speak. In the end, I asked if I can pay over the phone and she told me “word for word” I don’t have time for that. She stated that they run a very old program and the system is just not set up that way. She was very rude from the moment she answered the call to the very end. I ended up asking her to just cancel the order because I felt like my business was not wanted or desired. If you are hungry or willing to try this place just walk in DO NOT CALL ahead, as you will be condemned.

This is a well-established, quaint little restaurant that packs in the Southern hospitality!
It certainly appears to be a hit among senior citizens/the retired population. They insured a full house Saturday (2/24/24) as my husband and I dined, and we’ve noticed this occurring each time we have visited.
The customer service is fantastic!!! Shout out to our waitress, Bethany.
The food is good, fresh and mildly flavored…just right. The prices are very reasonable, despite the inflation that’s happening everywhere else nearby. It’s very clean (even the restrooms), and that is important to us.
My husband and I will continue to patronize this good business, and we recommend it to others.

Delicious! First time here (takeout), fast friendly service and a VERY good breakfast. First bite of my eggs scrambled with cheddar and I’m sold. Ok bye, time to finish my food.

Michele and I have been there several times for lunch, today was a first for breakfast. On past lunches I’ve had different omelets. Today was two eggs, biscuit and grits for me. Michele had a breakfast sandwich.

Great place to grab some good food. Nice folks work there and the food is good and hot and it comes like you ordered it, which is rare these days!
It’s the kind of homey place that will make you a regular right off the bat!

Country fried steak and gravy for the win. They have good gravy too! It’s thick and well blended. Not watery and lumpy like IHOP. Well worth the extra drive time!
