Still a hit or miss experience when dining here. Tonight there weren’t many patrons and we were seated after a few minutes– and area near the entry was blocked off with highchairs (maybe a leak?) which limited waiting space near the host stand. No employee at the host stand, which is pretty normal as this location is significantly busier on weekends.
Our server, Tristan, was attentive thoroughout our meal. Food was hot, flavorful and accompanied with a stack of fresh pancakes – everything was just as expected.
While the dining room and overall atmosphere could use a good refresh, they still serve a good meal for a reasonable cost with friendly service.

Have gone multiple times and have had different experiences each time. During busy weekends the dining room is fairly full while food and service are great. Unfortunately in the evening it seems that staff is a little less attentive to customers – takes a while to order, get refills on drinks, or to return after the meal has been served. Now the food….well, that’s been great each time and consistently fresh, well prepared and delicious.
If you’re ok with great food with hit or miss service, this is the place to be.
Went in last night (Sunday Night) and my server was Connor and he let us know immediately that the food was going to take longer than usual because of a new cook, and while it was only him and another server running around helping everyone and other customers being very rude to him especially, he stayed calm and very apologetic. This kiddo definitely needs a raise, he was so professional and so kind and so apologetic. Big rave for the management for training their employees so well.
So thankful for new management or whatever the changes were, because this is really the only sit down breakfast option in our area. We will definately be back very very soon, as long as we can sit in Jenn’s section!
Additionally, my wife found hair in her food, which we promptly reported to the manager. Despite the fact that approximately half of her meal was returned and not consumed, the manager applied a deduction of only $1.15 to the bill. As a result, my wife left without having a proper meal, and we were still charged an unreasonable amount.
The handling of both the service and food safety concerns was inadequate and did not meet acceptable standards of customer service. We left the establishment dissatisfied and disappointed with how the situation was addressed.
