Still a hit or miss experience when dining here. Tonight there weren’t many patrons and we were seated after a few minutes– and area near the entry was blocked off with highchairs (maybe a leak?) which limited waiting space near the host stand. No employee at the host stand, which is pretty normal as this location is significantly busier on weekends.
Our server, Tristan, was attentive thoroughout our meal. Food was hot, flavorful and accompanied with a stack of fresh pancakes – everything was just as expected.
While the dining room and overall atmosphere could use a good refresh, they still serve a good meal for a reasonable cost with friendly service.

Unfortunately in the evening it seems that staff is a little less attentive to customers – takes a while to order, get refills on drinks, or to return after the meal has been served. Now the food….well, that’s been great each time and consistently fresh, well prepared and delicious.
If you’re ok with great food with hit or miss service, this is the place to be.

My wife and I had brunch at this IHOP. Our server was sweet, polite and attentive. I order the breakfast sampler and my wife order the breakfast tacos. Both dishes were well prepared and delicious. Only ranked atmosphere as a 4 star because there really isn’t anything special about the place except for it’s people.

Maybe they were short staffed or were not prepared for graduation night. There weren’t hardly any customers in there when we sat down. The big crowds starting coming in after us. We got seated quickly and drinks, but it took 47 min to get our food, and drinks weren’t refilled. My chicken tasted like rubber. Thankfully, my husband and son enjoyed theirs.

They were extremely busy but got everyone in within 30 minutes. We needed a table for two and only waited 10 minutes. The food was awesome. It was way better than other IHOPs I’ve been to. I had a Colorado omelette and asked for extra cheese. They did not disappoint with the extra cheese.

Went in last night (Sunday Night) and my server was Connor and he let us know immediately that the food was going to take longer than usual because of a new cook, and while it was only him and another server running around helping everyone and other customers being very rude to him especially, he stayed calm and very apologetic. This kiddo definitely needs a raise, he was so professional and so kind and so apologetic. Big rave for the management for training their employees so well.

To be honest, we haven’t been to the iHop location in over a year, until this past weekend. In the past, we have had the worst experiences but something has changed. On December 6th, we probably had one of the best experiences! Jenn was an AMAZING waitress, the food was hot, fresh and delicious and the kids are begging to go back!
So thankful for new management or whatever the changes were, because this is really the only sit down breakfast option in our area. We will definately be back very very soon, as long as we can sit in Jenn’s section!

During our recent visit, we encountered multiple issues that significantly diminished our dining experience. Our waitress, Alicia, was unprofessional and consistently rushed us throughout the entire visit, from ordering to being hurried out of the restaurant. When I requested to review the bill prior to payment, she refused and would not allow us to see it until after payment had already been processed.
Additionally, my wife found hair in her food, which we promptly reported to the manager. Despite the fact that approximately half of her meal was returned and not consumed, the manager applied a deduction of only $1.15 to the bill. As a result, my wife left without having a proper meal, and we were still charged an unreasonable amount.
The handling of both the service and food safety concerns was inadequate and did not meet acceptable standards of customer service. We left the establishment dissatisfied and disappointed with how the situation was addressed.

Chicken Fajita Omelete was !! Pancakes and tea were also on point. Service was a tad bit slow, but I did get fresh tea. A little communication on a delay would’ve been nice. Next time, I’ll get the wifi password. I’m not sure what it is, but even with 5g and a phone reboot, my Hotspot was cold. Had to eat and run, so I could get outside to find a better signal so I could submit a clients offer for a property… I’ll be back again, no worries! Learned for next time!
