Great food. Was cooked well and according to order. Greeted right away. Seemed busy on a Saturday noon but ordering was quick and the order was delivered faster than expected. Prices were ok. But a little pricey but seems to be the going rate anywhere now. They even thanked us for stopping in when we left. Was nice to see a lending library right outside the front door

The food was warm and fast. The only issue I had was that the fish were short and too thick and fell apart when I tried to eat it. But it was good tasting fish, otherwise.The fries weren’t crispy. I wish they’d change their fries. They’re very mediocre. I would recommend the crispy seasoned fries from Restaurant Depot. But I dont know if one restaurant in a chain can be different. I miss the old fish Culvers used to serve. They were long pieces, perfect thickness and crispy.

I’ve been to Culver’s in Apple Valley, Savage and Lakeville. Every location has been extremely pleasant. No matter the time or day of week. Food is always fast and fresh. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Staff is always happy and in a good mood. Restaurant is beautiful to sit in for a date or day out with your kids.

A few things have to be said here… I waited in front of the counter to be acknowledged as a customer for 10 minutes. There were several other customers who had already ordered waiting as well, so I may have blended in with the masses, but honestly, there were only 4 persons standing, waiting. I took pictures, video of the young employees who were behind the counter, yet failed to acknowledge me, and the two male employees pictured were doing absolutely nothing except breathing in valuable air with no return for effort. The two female employees were busy with trying to assemble their orders, conducting quality checks, replenishing various supplies like bags, etc. Doing their job, would suffice to say. The two males, however, project no enthusiasm or abilities that would constitute an attempt made at providing customer service. After the time lapsed, and the other customers all asking me about my lack of service from the employees, the manager approached me and asked if I was waiting on something. Granted, he was observed while cleaning ice cream or custard equipment, so I did not expect him to have to help me, so explained that I had waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged or asked if I would like to order food, and explained that evaluate restaurants for food quality, service, and write food reviews for a living. Tyler comped the meal for the issues explained above, and so now I have to write this review with the knowledge that management will not tolerate anything less than customers being satisfied. I am grateful for the hot food after a long day on the road, chose to seek out, eat at a Culver’s because they come highly recommended. The crinkle cut french fries were lightly salted, not over-salted, hot, not oily. The peanut butter shake was thick, smooth, and tasty, yet not over-powering. The bacon cheeseburger was perfect, hot, freshly cooked. The restaurant needs updating, thorough cleaning, especially in the customer areas. The men’s restroom was OK, but clean.

I called to ask if they had a veteran’s Day deal, they said they value veterans everyday and always have a 15% off deal if you’re a veteran.
Culver’s is one of 3 fast food restaurants that is still a great value today. I usually go between the cheeseburgers and chicken salads. The burgers are amazing! And the salads are always packed full. Like I said, great value

Going thru the drive thru, I asked the teller (Noah) why he wasn’t moving cars off to the right ? To angled parking to wait for their orders. There was a very long line of cars behind me.
He smartly told me it was his choice to not do it. Seems to me he was not in a big hurry to move cars thru the line. He didn’t have to work as hard which gave him more time to talk with the girl that was sitting next to him.
Usually I am very pleased with my Culver experience, I will return, just hope I have a more friendly cashier

Culver’s is the only fast food I eat. The food is always fresh, the fries the best ever and the employees are hard-working. This company hires people who might not be hired elsewhere, folks with learning differences, for example. Kudos to them. Finally, the custard beckons to me, often successfully.

I love Culver’s and the service is always amazing! Though why is the food always warm even in the winter when you get your food, the hamburgers, the fries especially the hamburgers are lukewarm. They’re never hot.!!
