If you’re looking for a fun night out with great food and even better deals, Buffalo Wild Wings in Alabaster absolutely delivers! We stopped in on BOGO night, and it was hands-down one of the best values around. The wings came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you want when you’re craving that classic BWW experience.
I decided to try the Spicy Pickle Bloody Mary, and let me tell you… it packed a punch! A little too hot for me personally, but if you’re a heat lover, it might be right up your alley. Luckily, having Angry Orchard on tap was a perfect and refreshing bonus that hit the spot.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of everyone. Even on a busy deal night, the service was excellent from start to finish.
Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings in Alabaster deserves a shout-out for great food, great deals, and great people. Definitely worth the visit!

This was a total disappointment. I ordered 2 combos which total included 40 wings and 2 large fries. I purposely placed this online order while sitting in the take-out area of the restaurant, in hopes of getting quality food. It didn’t work.
Food was not only cold, but dried out, which meant it sat under a heat lamp and died. But here’s the kicker, I ordered lemon pepper wings. Whoever made my wings put plain wings in the box and then sprinkled lemon pepper across the top surface, because there was no lemon pepper spice underneath. This was just the worse, plus my order was placed around 3pm. There were two tables in the restaurant when I walked in who already had their food, so the place was pretty dead…and yet I get cold, hard, dry wings with only one side of the chicken having any seasoning. Just wrong on so many levels.

I was given the opportunity to complete a ‘Reach Out’, but the form was not in the place where I was told.

I went here with 7 of my friends after an escape room and the reason we went was because I had never been before, I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu options but our server Ms Brooklyn was very nice and helped walk me through the different options, and even let me get a deal that was going on at the time. the food was pretty good, the Mac and cheese was delicious, but I wish the wings had a bit more sauce, but other than that is was a great time!

We ordered an appetizer that didn’t come out until our main course did. The server warned that the buffalo chicken dip is hot, right after she walked away I dipped a chip and took a bite to find out the dip was lukewarm at best. My wife’s fries were also cold. Usually buffalo wild wings was always a great spot with great food but their quality really seems to have gone down. The wings were also cold to the touch especially after they put the refrigerated veggies on top of them rather than on the side like they used to.

Let me begin by saying that the only reason we came here was because we had giftcards.
When we walked in, there was no hostess in sight. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and staff appeared miserable. When a hostess finally seated us, she never told us who our server would be (or that someone would be with us shortly). We came before the dinner rush, so the place was nearly empty. Several staff were walking around the whole time we were seated, but no one ever acknowledged us or took our drink order. We waited over 10 minutes and walked out. We won’t be back.

We had a good lunch here. The food came out faster than we expected. I serve checked on us often. I hate those places where your drink will be empty for 15 minutes before the server notices. The only thing keeping this from being a five star visit is that the menu items were priced a little high for wings and burgers.

I wish the burgers were still like the first picture. Food quality had gone downhill. The burgers were epic 3 years ago. Now they’re just sad and taste like a public school lunchroom (see next Pic). Fries are soggy and tasteless too. Service still great though.

Nothing better than the wind down after a 12 hour shift. It’s Bdubs, enjoy yourself and the waitresses and bar tenders are always great. Don’t be weird to them, see it happen too often.

Food was good, service was exceptional. Our waitress was one of the best we’ve ever had at this location. My only complaint was they were out of a lot of food we like to order. The waitress said the truck hadn’t come in yet and that’s not the restaurant’s fault. Sometimes you just have to go with it.

Food was decent, got food wrong on one person’s order and after she wanted quite a long time, didnt offer a discount. We aren’t those people that will bring up what should happen. Just observe and give the reviews that are deserved. Clean place, but waitress needs to pay closer attention to detail and offer discounts when they screw up.
