We came here around 9pm for a pre-Valentines Day date night. Immediately after we entered the door, we chose our own table as per usual at any location; one of the waitresses said to us that if we gave her a minute she would seat us. We were confused so we just stayed at our chosen table. The waitress that came to take our order was very rude. It was obvious that they did not want to serve us. The second waitress was worse. It was so awkward to sit in the restaurant because she was deliberately ignoring all the customers that sought her assistance. The food came pretty fast but it had hair in it and there was ants crawling all over the table and food as soon as the plates came. We ended up just giving up and leaving because they would pretend they couldn’t hear you. It is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a food place and that young lady’s attitude was atrocious. No name tags on anyone so I am unable to point out the childish, unwarranted, and unprofessional treatment but it’s cost us over $41 for a ruined date night. Save yourself from this and go to another location.

We walked in and felt like we had to walk out because the only girl working there looked so bothered by us just walking in (we were the only ones in the restaurant). She had the worst unbothered attitude I have ever seen in a restaurant. Did not feel any welcome. Didn’t even feel comfortable to walk back inside to get her name for this review. Hated the feeling. Great, friendly staff here. Jeffrey went the extra mile. Not just cooking and cleaning. The food was great, but he also seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a positive experience. I am well aware that the manual on customer service is already written, but this guy should be the one to show how its done.

While I’m going to keep this short, it’s only because I’m tired! But Ashley our waitress was amazing! She helped relay what I was after perfectly when it came to cooking my bacon.. and Chirs cooked it all to perfection, litterally my top waffle house experience.. coming from someone who eats WH 3x a week.. wish I lived here just to come back tomorrow!

My overall rating of one star is due to the fact that this waffle House has almost all Christian music filtered out of their jukebox. I did some research and there is no corporate policy dictating this it is done by each location.

Everyone is so attentive with fast service. My client has Dementia and there are days he struggles, but the one thing he does and loves, is going to Waffle House on Boones Creek. The people are always so welcoming to him! Thank you for always making

Had to remind the server to refill coffee and coke. Her and the cook were arguing, the cook didn’t make the hasbrowns right. Missing 3 ingredients. The entire restaurant is dirty, plates on tables, cook cut open a bag steak, left the bag on chopping board. Touched raw meet and didnt wash hands after, also let the the knife with raw meat on the choping board. Had to ask the server 2 times for a Togo box. Terrible experience. Yall can do better. Won’t come back to this store.

A very good place ti grab a bite to eat. Reasonable prices, great food, large portions for the money. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Great atmosphere. And although I am sure all the stuff is good, I was very impressed with a young lady named Tammie. She was very attentive to my needs and a very pleasant person to talk to. She was the it should be in Custmer service.
